We had a very good experience. Mr. Raghav was the person with whom I first connected via call, then whatsapp and then met. I found him to be very helpful. Also, the technical team is well trained. The owner also shared some useful knowledge. 1 star less has a small reason - The final bill had to be rectified twice, since rates proposed and rates in the bill were not matching. (My request to fix this issue since it is an important part of the customer experience and can make one feel cheated).Overall me and our team are 100% satisfied with the experience. The keyboard was facing some problem which they immediately replaced.Thank you to the entire team.
