THIS PLACE IS HELL FOR BACHELORS!! If you are a bachelor planning to stay on rent basis here, you are inviting a big trouble for you. The management and security has a special affair with bachelors and will make sure to harass you in every possible way.The society doesnt allow guests to stay (special rule for bachelors), the rule which you wont find anywhere on this planet at least.

Nice, calm and green society. Flats are good too for small families.

Service is fast

Kubera Bahar housing society is a peaceful apartment in Baner pashan link road. The prime attraction of this society is a 80k English Gobor which can be found in the first floor of O block.
