Retail computer and accessories with relatively discounted price. Downside in this shop is the customers are least attended by sales guys or even the owners. The behavior is If you want to buy it.. else get lost.. we dont have time kind of attitude.. Least bothered of customers. Lot of chaos with everyone in the staff there, running around, dont know what exactly they want to accomplish.. also the owners are foul mouthed.. all BC and MC words on phones by both the owners which is absolutely disgusting behavior.. there are many more retail traders in pune dealing with computer systems and accessories..

There overall service was good. I was not about to post a bad review. But after crossing my limits i am posting this review.I bought a laptop from them a month ago and now they are calling and messaging me, asking for more money. The person who had call me, he said i told you a different price mistakenly, for your laptop and the actual price is this this. ( +3000) . That is they were asking me for more 3k. This is not done. S tech is probably only proper computer hardware store in Pune and they have almost every kind of computer components. They are also authorized dealer of MSI in Pune. I gave them 4 star and not 5 because of their recent pricing for components. Now you can find some hardware selling for lower price at places like Amazon but earlier they use to offer best price in market. The advisor of shop are well aware and know about technology so they can help one out in making decisions. But its recommended that you do your research in advance and than head to market for purchase. Overall the best computer shop I know in Pune.

Hello guys,I am taking pain to write this because they had me irritated by their unprofessional business practice.They use lot of Bad language while customers are around.They keep attending lots of phone calls without noticing that the customer has walked in and trying to ask for something.The guy actually had the guts to tell me their time is more valuable than the customers time.Had the same experience as stated below on my first purchase there.They say that the product is laying in mumbai warehouse and will be delivered after X days (thought not to mention)Before X days they call and ask me to come and get the product delivered. I went there and again went through the process of pleading the guy at the desk to listen to me. (I had paid money.. I had to plead) Finally, paid the full amount to find out that the product was not what I ordered and they called me accidentally.Instead of apologizing the guy again had guts to ask me rudely to come after X days again and returns to his phone neglecting my existence in their premises. Still waiting for delivery of my product... The below comments are I think made by the Stech people themselves because never treat anybody that good that they will write a good review about them. They managed to get full amount of money paid by me and leave me without anything in return. I will recommend that those who want to get them selves cheated and insulted. Please visit STech ;)
