Repaireasy is one stop shop for any issues with your phone. I had some problem with my iphone and had no clue of the resolution. I called repaireasy, they first sent someone to pick my phone from home. Then as soon as they got the phone, they assessed and told me of possible issues. I had 3 Apple products that I needed to fix. I had taken them to Unicorn Store where I was told both products were unfixable and I would need to purchase brand new items. I called repair easy per a friends recommendation and I am so happy I did. Mithun arrived on time, very professional, polite and excellent English. He picked up my items and called me shortly after to discuss what needed to be repaired and how much it would be. The rates were reasonable as was the time it would take to fix. He kept in touch with me to keep me updated and in a few days, both items came back fixed like new. It was so easy and professional! I will definitely use them again if I ever have repairs issues!! I worked with this company for 1.6 years 2016 - 2017 (till Last quarter of 2017) my 30k salary is pending with them from last 3 years. only getting response that, we are facing financial issues (response from Mr.Naveen Goyal one of the founder member of the company) Mr.Rishi wahi and Mr.Goyal are the two main owners of the company.I know they are going to respose to this review that, we dont have any job sheet named Mayur Ambre. Please dont give your cell to them. One of his delivery boy has not returned my call till now.It has been for month now and I am still waiting for my cell to be returned. I have tried to contact repair easy but now they have not been picking my cell. I am still in followup if I can get my cell otherwise I have to take some legal step to get my cell out from there.I will share deliver boy name , number and repair easy management number sooner with whom I have been following up since 4 month and nothing happen.Please be aware of such thread. Decent place for repairs. Prices are the usual and I got quick service. The overall experience could have been slightly better though if I was dealing with only one person for my work. Multiple people were calling me and I had to repeat some of the things that I had already told one person.They also seem to care a lot about the Google review, they even followed up with me to post it.

Pathetic experience from Repaireasy for Mobile repair.Got scammed for Rs 3500 and they did not even repair my mobile. I wouldnt recommend Repaireasy (fraud company) to anyone. I wouldnt want to give them any stars if that was an option. I think all five stars reviews are taken from their personal ref.

Young company with highly efficient marketing staff but highly incompetent inexperienced service staff...I trusted them with my phone which had issues with touch screen..they quoted 5k to repair..they couldnt repair it and ended up damaging mother board n battery..I asked them to return phone in the condition I gave it to them or give a compensation...their smart marketing team promised if I spent 7.5k they will get it working by giving to another external agency..given no other choice I had to go with what they said and got back a working phone after 3 months of dealing with them by spending the 7.5k...after 5 months of use. ..the touch is not working...and I come to know that they cant honor the 1 year warranty they promised ..but it has only 3 months warranty since they got it done by another agency... Repaireasy is trying hard to do good service ..but as of now its like a game of luck...u could win or lose ur phone/money when u deal with them...especially when using their website service..you are left helpless when they have your phone..

I have had the worst experience here. They took my phone in working condition with display and touch issue. Thereafter, they said the phone is not switching on. For 1 month, they made no progress with false promises. Then they said we can refund some amount as the phone is not working. I even agreed to that. Post that, for more than a month again and there is no response. Never ever trust these guys.

Worst Shop..I went to this shop with a working iPhone 6 having water damage because of which lines was appearing on screen. All other buttons and functions were working fine except microphone.They told that they will do hardware cleaning and the problem will be solved. Waiting for 2 days without any response, I myself called and came to know that now the phone is dead and the engineer will take 2 more days to check short circuit. I agreed but again waiting 3 days, i had to call and I was told phone is unrepairable and call was dropped without listening my other queries. I called back but it was unanswered. Then on weekend, I visited the shop and they said that we already told that water damage has zero warranty. Avoiding unfruitful arguments I left. All I get was a dead phone. I would have gone to local shop.Now why to boast on your website that you repair phones with water damage? Better close your shop if you don’t have expertise.

Biggest frauds.!! Its better you give your devices to a local shop around your house. These guys are full of fake promises and the follow ups are a complete failure. Gave my phone for repair without my consent changed the screen and gave me my phone back with a bill of 2000 bucks. 24 hours later phone is dead. You have to literally beg to them to return your phone. I request the owner to please give basic customer support training.Will never ever nor will ever suggest anyone to use their services. 24 hour update is a trap and they replace your accessories with cheap duplicate products. Think wisely , avoid repair easy because neither they repair nor is dealing with them easy

I gave my iPhone 5 for screen replacement. They called me that the new screen although original is not fitting in. My only query was that if the default screen was placed well there, why isnt the new screen which is also original not fitting in. After 2 weeks and numerous followup calls, got my phone back but now the proximity sensor is not working. Didnt expect that to happen. But now i dont have guts to send my phone again. Customer service is good but no good service.

Trying to call their number on my receipt for 3 weeks. After pressing 1 to check the status of my device the phone cuts off. Im too far away from the location to go and check every week if its still in process. After the last call 3 weeks ago they were supposed to call in 2 days. The number on google also redirects to the auto response machine.Edit: So I went there and spoke with the guy who handled my phone and even though my phone couldnt be fixed I liked the humble and apologetic nature of the guy and the way he explained the situation. Just goes to show that being humble and taking responsibility goes a long way when running a business.

There is no initiative to help the customer. Had to call on several occasions to find out what was happening with my devices. People at the office were not responsive and completely wasted my time. The quote berbally told to me on the phone was mucj lower than on the bill. I raised this complaint to which the staff responded that it was in their system so it had to be correct. There by completely lying to the customer at the approval stage and quote higher once job was completed.On completion of the work. Card machine conveniently doesnt work when you need to make the actual payment. Even after repeatedly telling the absolutely disregarding staff that I can only pay by card physically and not online, when I went to the office the machine wasnt working. This happened after I informed them of my coming to the office to specially make the payment.Have to come back to the office to Collect my devices again. Hopefully the machine will work, the staff said there was no guarantee that it would.Do not recommend this company to anyone.

Never ever go for these guys. Looking at their website I though they may be professional and decided to take a chance. But it was big disappointment. They will talk very sweet until you give your phone but after that its worst service and they dont care what was promised to you. I gave my iphone for screen replacement and they screwed it big time. Home button alignment was screwed and fingerprint reader stopped. When I complained they were like we are unable to fix it (thats level of expertise). After frustrating arguments when I asked at least refund of my money under their clause of full refund if not satisfactory repair to which obviously they denied. Thats the greediness. And forget about promised delivery. I had to call them three days morning and evening to get my phone delivered. There was a lady who promised me delivery next day evening. But 2 days after that when I was calling for delivery she was like we have so many customers to look at and I cant remember what was told to you.on top of that I had written to there feedback mailbox about delivery issues hoping they will respond but they never bothered to respond.

Its a fake and Fraud, I had given my Huwaei Ascend G750 mobile handset worth Rs 17500. There was problem with LCD screen, they told that display need to be changed, which will cost 2900. I asked them to do so. after changing display they handed over me and taken 2900. Immediately after one week i started facing same issue. When i asked them to repair they took handset and never returned back. I still have pick up slip which they had given me while taking handset. Asking for refund they are making stories.Its a big scam they are replacing with some duplicate materials. Do not opt their service.

To be really honest, when I came across Repaireasy’s ad, I really didn’t believe it at first that they repair within 24 hours and provide free pick-up and drop. But they did. I got my Nexus 5 repaired and the touch screen is just working fine now.

Please dont repair anything hear. I gave them my laptop which was not starting at that time so they wrote dead on job sheet. After 1 week if check up they recommend to change motherboard and estimated 15000₹ so I cancelled that job. So after I received my laptop it has 500gb of hard-disk while my laptop had 1 TB storage. So please if you want to save money and hectic please choose another store

This is the worst place to repair your mobile. My Sony Xperia Z3 compact sensor was not working so i chose this place to repair my mobile as they arrange pick up and drop service. Though they fixed my sensor issue on time, they did an absolute shoddy piece of work assembling it. There was a major gap between my back panel and my device so i went to their FC road office to get it fixed. It took them 2 attempts and more than 2 hours just to assemble it properly.As i was testing the working of my device i figured out that my primary camera was not working. It took them another 30 mins to fix it.The device worked fine for few hours but then i started facing display issues. Screen is gone dark.The technicians here seems to be very amateurs.

Repaired my LG G3 from them, received it withing 2 days (Like the free pick up and drop facility), must say they did fantastic job on repairing, highly recommend them.

Had to get a moto xplay screen repaired.When i received the phone, the frame of the phone was chipped. The new screen has a blue prominent visible water mark, right in middle of my screen.They took almost a day to repair it firstly, when they promised to fix it within half an hour.I was promised a replacement for the damage occurred. Which never took place. All hoax and schemes.I still dont have a warranty for the repaired screen.The job done was not at par with the expected quality.Just a cheaper option to get your electronics fixed, but dont expect a quality repair if thats what you are looking for.
