I had interview calls with Neosoft. I have cleared 1st round. Then in 2nd round they said that last round will be HR round. Then HR call again for 3rd technical round. Again. And even after this they didnt respond back. Whatever the result. Not a good experience.

Work experience and projects are good. Bond are compulsory. No other facility.

I was hired by NeoSOFT Technologies for BDESince it was a new company for me with Services big IT ,in the offer letter it mentions there will be training period of 3months ancbthen probation,but there was no training module anyhow I picked up the basic understanding of IT services and it was lockdown period in February 21,I was told I will have to come to office 3days and 2days will be WFH,but they didnt allow me to WFH said I have to come to office and I didThen after 1month I was asked to leave as I was not achieving my target without any prior notice,I was scattered,and till date I am jobless,what they say in the offer letter is all lies and so are their managersI need justice please help and neosoft is the worst place to work

Extremely unprofessional behaviour from the HR and Recruitment department. I have given 3 rounds plus practical of interview with positive feedbacks and then they have started piece of sheets not giving any feedback or comments for the final round. I followed up many times and every time the HR said will get back to you as your profile is on hold. 2 months have passed since the interview was scheduled and I am still waiting on them to call me.Please do some research before giving interview here. Total waste of time.. really disappointed 😞😞

I have join neosoft 24th Nov 2020 but suddenly, I got email on 11th dec 2020 today is your last working day. Even they are not providing me time to search new job.

Dont joing company i work here for 3.5 year but if you dont have project you will not get salary .lot of politics in .net department. plz if you want good career dont join this company .this company having 3 mis you have to fill and take selfy every 45 .worst managment .

HR (******) unnecessarily wasted my 2 weeks. She Doesnt know manners of talking. So much carelessness.

In last week one Lady HR (wish to mention her name but )called me for one Job position, asked 1-2 basic questions like your name, where are you currently working and directly cut the call n didnt received back. which type of attitude is this ? she cut the call like she is CEO of company. HR dont have that much of sense to speak with any person such worst 1st interaction with company. ready some bad reviews as well. Company may good but doubtful about staff. Learn 1st how to talk with any person specially HR lady. if you dont have time or basic manners then dont call. In market lots of good behaving companies are present than you. really worst experience. have call recording as well.

Bad experiance in interview.

Very worst company in Pune, they just doing time pass with candidates, they took 2-3 technical interview then they will assign coding test and after that they not provide update to the candidates, even you reach HR, HR also ignore you. Never go this kind of company they doing project based hiring.
