I was here for interview. It was not good experience at all. Went there at 10 AM and finally I faced interviewer at 3PM.. Lost too much time... Overall : company campus and canteen is good..

Security is tight. Food in canteen is tasty and hygenic. We went there for corporate activity. Young crowd is less in IT6 and more in IT9. Connectivity is also good. Happy visit here.

Good place to work, most important thing that you will experience here is work and life balance, it has employee centric approach, there is little bit parking space issues if you come late by car or even your bike, lifts are always seems to be busy, you have to wait for quite long time to get lift and space inside it, this is all day scenario, there are two cafeterias but they are not sufficient to accommodate much people at a time, you need to wait to get tables, limited vendors but they offers acceptable food quality on reasonable price, they may provide much better quality food than they are providing as of now, also there is fix menu items for almost every day, it should be changed every day especially in morning breakfast time. These are all the things that we may adjust with, however there are common cafeterias where you can go and have food of your choice, overall promises is good with many other facilities like jim, yoga, pool, etc..I liked it, therefore I would recommend it.

The cafeterias are small with so many people.There is alot of choas that happens during lunch time.The parking space is not ample.The washrooms are not clean.Only customer centric company they do not care of their employes.

Lnt Infotech now know LTI is having a good brand value having its branches in shivajinagar, hinjewadi and kharadi. The blue ridge branch is accommodated in a campus having other companies. A good infrastructure and working environment in LTI.

Some projects are very bad. But LTI works on some good and latest technology as well. So, Ill rate it as average MNC .

Located in qubix it park in phase 1 of hinjewadi.. Surrounded by blue ridge apartments which are occupied mostly by tenants working in nearby IT companies.. Few of the client delivery centers in this LTI branch are citi and Marsh & McLennan..

Good place to work. They take very good care of their employees. Provides all facilities. Gym, Bus, Library, Free Snacks and all.
