Absolutely horrendous experience. Gave a perfectly working pc to upgrade hardware in March 2021. Been facing constant OS crashes and loss of data even after giving them the pc 5 times till date with no permanent fix. Not sure if they really even know how to diagnose the issue.

Really a great service I got from GNR Engineer Mr. Jayesh for my laptop issue.

Worst service. The guy who picked up the phone tells me he cannot do anything if the laptop is yet not repaired. Also tells me it could take how many ever days and its not their problem. Also told me its my fault that i gave them the laptop for repair.
