No 24/7 Support.. They work same as government office timing.Internet speed is OK but if you are not getting service when it is down then it is useless.

Worst service. Staff is so arrogant and does not respond quickly. No internet for 2-3 days every month and need constant follow up. Even after follow ups there is no reply and no solution is provided. DONT go for this service. Pathetic!

GOOD SERVICES HIGH SPEED INTERNET

I took broadband service from dream cables for 3 months. Due to pandaemic I am working remotely from home. At around 9.30pm my internet stopped working I called up all customer service number but all the numbers were switched off. Somehow I manage to get owner Mr Ajay Ahirekars number. I called him up i told him this is the issue my net is not working. He replied stating that he dont have anyone at the moment and told that he cant do anything. It was a very rude response from him. Will never recommend such a pathetic service provider to anyone.

Worst providers ever no one is interested to listen problems they just ignore you. All staff are just lazy lieing dont receive your calls.They should look this problem to solve.My advice change all staff and bring active staff and managers

3 Months Review:I am using 5 mbps plan for last three months, speed is good enough to stream HD video, internet up time is more than 90%, Service needs bit improvement, overall satisfactory experience!
