Very poor co-operation during laptop collection. Went to this shop to fix my Assus laptop display issue which cost me around 2500 rs. When repair is completed for display issue I did not received communication from anyone from this shop that my RAM is also not working or faulty, which was not I just did not used my laptop from couple of months. When reached to shop to collect laptop during checkout I found one 4 GB RAM chip was missing. And shop member was completely denying that I only had 4 GB RAM when laptop submitted. Later when I strongly kept my point shop person told me he will check with the person who repaired my laptop. After checking he told it was miss-communication.Went for display issue turned out to be RAM issue. Please put all your laptop configuration on receipt and check all things before collecting laptop.

Today I visited this place for the Laptop system format for my windows 10 pro which is locked as I forgot my password. The guy at this store was so polite and he helped me to fix my laptop. I highly recommend the DR PC Center.

Take A Lot of time to solve small small problems. Average time they take to solve a problem is 5-6 days. They repair the device once we start demanding to return it. Always increase the budget of repair by 500-600₹ at last moment. First they say that checking is free but if we say not to repair the problem they charge 300₹. Check your device 2-3 times the main problem is kept unsolved with minor repair.It is Not Authorized Service Centre to any Electronic Company (Neither Phones, Laptops Nor any other Devices)The Problem in my Laptop got solved in 2 days when I submitted in Authorized service centre, I really dont know what these people were doing for 5 days.

They said the hard disk was required to be changed and the pc wont work as it crashed when they formatted the pc .. strangely when i took back the pc home and tried to plug, it was all working fine with exactly the same screensaver, favourites, wi-fi password, autofill passwords everything.. so i wonder what format was done by them based on which they asked me to spend another 3.5k :)

My HP DV4 laptop was not working (not booting) since long.I had shown it to some of the shops in Hadapsar area including the ones in Mega Center. Everyone suggested that it was out of repair and it was not possible to repair it. As a last resort, I visited the Dr. PC shop and told the technician (he might be the owner) that the laptop was dead and I wish to revive it. He quoted Rs. 150 to get it checked (which was reimbursed when I paid for final repairs). I agreed to get it checked. Next day, he called me up and told that it has a motherboard problem and requires Rs. 2500 to make it work. I asked him to get it repaired. Two- three days later he called me up and told that I may take the laptop back since it was repaired and working fine. Overall, I had a good experience at this shop and would recommend it to others.Posting this review after 3 months - laptop is working perfectly fine and there are no problems whatsoever.

This service provider is extremely well organized, and responsive. I had visited here to upgrade my memory, and get it done in 1 hour. The shop owner himself take care and get it done in that time with managing 7/8 other customers. I felt like pure professionalism and complete dedicatedness in him.

First of all Very Very unprofessional talking with the customers and secondly I got the worst service for my laptop. They are only after one thing *MONEY*.They Charged me 1500/- for the service and work done was not even 10% of charges.And also no receipt is given by them as their work is Typical Third Class or no class at all.Service is Fully waste of time and money.What happened, my laptop wasnt reaching till windows so what they did they reset my laptop which is not a big deal but after resetting they installed wrong and pirated/cracked windows in my laptop. Mistake was theirs, they installed wrong windows and I am the one who is paying for no reason.I will not recommend to vist this store if you have any major problem in any laptop.Replying to your reply :- a fake review is not this much big and detailed. And that why you dont provide any receipt to customer wheather the service is of 500rs or 5000rs. So that you can easily say that you never visited our store. Means if a review is good that means you have visited the store and if the review is bad that means we are fake and not visited the store! WoW what a logic. Such an unprofessional type of business you are doing.

Just for saying my laptop adapter is notworking, they took 1 day and charged me 600. And it is because I was not ready to buy some costly local adapter. When I searched that company site, they do not have any adapter with the price range that these guys were charging. They were charging at least 500 more for that local item.Rest is understandable.

Professional Service I consulted PC center with issue of hinge fixing on both sides of laptop, They advised to replace lower panel.... It costs me 3K.... And internal dusting 600... now its been three weeks laptop functioning very well. Internal dusting charges could have been modified in this case as in any way you have to open the panel. But overall very good experience, Hearty Thank you for timely Service.

I went to this shop to repair a twelve year old Compaq laptop which was not booting. They diagnosed the issue and by the end of the day, keyboard replacement, hard drive format and OS re-installation made the laptop fully functional. Strongly recommend this place for laptop repair if you are staying near Magarpatta.

Very happy with repair work for my laptop. Only thing I would like them to improve is communication part, I had to take follow up with them for part, repair work completion. If they can take care of this part, I think it would be great!

Had a voltage overshoot issue with my Lenovo laptop recently. Because of the lockdown, couldnt go to the official service center, so went to this store based on good reviews. But had a very bad experience.Since its a middle man kind of store, they can handle simple replacement issues. But if its complex problem, please dont go here. It took 2-3 days and number of callbacks from my side to even find the problem.Later when I gave my laptop in official service center, I found out that the prices told in this shop were also quite higher. During problem diagnosis, they damaged some other parts also and did not tell me about it.So, overall not a good experience. One should only go here in case of emergency and that too for simple things, otherwise please dont. Waste of time and money.

Simply wastage of time. Not so qualified. Better go to laptop company service center, they might charge more but at least fix. These guys simply take the laptop in the name is diagnosis and later say they can not repair. Hence you have to pay the change without work.

I would give a zero if possible! Worst place ever! I got my laptop fixed some months ago and it was working perfectly fine until last month. I gave it to them to fix again, I got my laptop back with a hardware problem and my CD lock broken. We went back and the engineer fixed the hardware problem but they said that they would only fix the CD lock if they had one (EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD GIVEN IT BACK BROKEN) and the cherry on the top was that they left a 5 star review for themselves saying “timely manage work” from my laptop when it had gone for repair! It was a breach of privacy and they used the fact that I was still logged onto my email! worst place ever don’t even consider going here. And I’m having problems again with the hardware! I got it back literally last week. Really disappointed.

Worst person I have ever met. Only behind money, no politeness, no customer satisfaction at all. I had laptop charging problem, he checked with his charger, it worked fine. Now I have only two options either buy overpriced (nearly doubled the market price) charger or pay him 100 rs fee of checking the charger issue. I understand every business have to make money, but with such a cheap way, you make money only once. Customer will not return to you and his dissatisfaction will take many more chances down. Go to him if you have lots of spare money to spend.---------- Editing as cant reply in reviews ----What shop owner call a digonisis is a common sense. If my mobile is not charging, I take my wifes mobile charger or friends charger to check if it is a charger problem or mobiles. If the same problem is with laptop it is not possible to check because generally it is uncommon to have multiple laptops/chargers of same type at home. So just because I did not have another spare charger, you can call it digonisis and charge 100 Rs? I do not say dont charge, but charge genuinely based of the labor or effort you have put.

I took my laptop in today at 11:30am and it was fixed and picked up at 3:30pm (same day)! The customer service and efficient service makes this place stand out amongst the rest. I was kept informed of the progress, the pricing was fair and my laptop is still in the great physical condition it was when I took it in. You wont be disappointed.

First they diagnosed and suggested the cheaper solution and said its ok if you dont go for costly solution. This will also work for at least a year. They kept my laptop for 2-3 days for testing and then gave me saying that it was working perfectly fine. One the second day when I opened the laptop, the display issue was there only. Then they said display screen has to be changed and cost me around 5k.

Simply wasted my money no promptness... staff is not available on time. And I got 2 inch cello tape for 1500/- (this much critical the work was) not even replaced the part which is not working. When I asked about what did happened and what you did the answer was I did bi-passed the power button system. I mean it is laughable response form engineer.They should know what they are saying and whom they are saying.I do not recommend Dr Pc Mega center.

So far so good. I went there to fix my laptop and they give it back to me after 1 day because it has some internal graphics issue. They assembled it back not carefully. So i have an average experience with them.

It was our first time getting someone online to repair our office’s couple of computers. We were very satisfied with the service received.

Highly disappointed with the services. First the main guy told me 3 different prices for same problem at 3 different instances. 2500 2300 then 1800. I thought I got a good deal. but is it? Actually there was problem with side panel and due to wich hing shifted a bit. When I went back to shop to pick it up my laptop. I found out he just glued it with some plastic solution he was talking about and havent even changed hinges which he promised me that he will change. But when I asked why price this much for just gluing he told me it is special glue we even changed hing which at first he denied that it wasnt required. When I told him I am going to report that to secure2pc(service through which I came) I am disappointed with your service guy send number of mails to me after payment that your device is not repairable and specifications (which are not CORRECT. 4GB RAM became 2GB, 1TB Hard disk to 500GB) that to after the payment. Hope you havent taken things out of it. Laptop stopped working after few hours of use. damn!But I feel really disappointed buying fevikwik for 1300. I know they charge 500 for opening laptop and System stopped working. From my side it will be big No to visit this shop Its complete waste of time and money.

Had good experience with this place. Recently bought a compatible battery for Acer laptop. They promptly procured the battery as per requirement.

First time there was hard disc problem they resolved it but mouse pad stopped working. After two weeks my laptop got dead. They resolved it saying motherboard issue cost was Rs 2700. But keyboard stopped working.He said he has checked all connection and checked with another keyboard asked to replace keyboard with cost Rs.1000.I came home and check keyboard connection. Actually keyboard was not connected inside and I connected and keyboard is working fine now.

Dr PC is a fraud service provider, dont go there. I went here for a small issue it cost me 2500 for that after that changed my Ram and cost me extra 2500 for that and charged my laptop with a damaged charger and was telling me that battery is gone it will whentIcost 1500 extra and when came home and saw that wifi card which was working properly earlier found damaged and not working at all . I recently faced internal issue with my Asus Laptop due to that laptop was not able start. As per Google Local Search. I found Dr PC Center in highly recommended around Hadapsar area. I visited their store in Megacenter and told them to have look and provide me the estimation. They started diagnosis of the laptop and called me within 2-3 hours and given affordable estimation. Today itself theyve fixed the internal problems and my laptop is working yet again. I highly recommend Dr PC Center for laptop/desktop related problems or fixes. I do subscribed to their Computer AMC plans.
