Im always wary of handing over computers to strangers but these guys are excellent. Mahesh went beyond the call of duty with us, hes a real asset to the company. Could chat computers with him for hours! We loved their enthusiasm and positivity and their willingness to sort out our laptop problems efficiently. Going there for the first time just because of the great reviews around the internet. Handing over the laptop to the friendly staff that asking for a week to settle down the problem, but he didn’t manage to do so. He asked for a few more day and I’m okay with that. Apparently he managed to solve my problem and I’m really satisfied. Not just it tooks days to settle down the problem but it depends on their patience and attitude too. Worst and Unreliable Service Center. A year ago I had given my laptop here for servicing in good condition only heating issue. But after serving laptop goes SLOW, fan getting noisy, speakers volume gone tampered and teared. But its too late to complaint, because I figured it out after a year. I dont have bill from him. That he changed RAM 2GB, originally it was 4 GB, They replaced laptop with bad speaker and Fan and more parts of laptop.Also he sold me Compact 1TB hard disc for ₹5000 but it was available for only ₹3800. I dont how make complaint.

It’s my 2nd time here and the guys are very friendly and most importantly: very fast! got my MacBook with the new display back on the same day.
