Highly recommended as a place and its owner value customer satisfaction in its best possible sense. I have had my laptops repaired at nehru place and other famed places previously also, but to knock it stright they charge you money for the services which may or may not actually resolve your problem. It is definately worth it if you see the value you get for the money spent.

Recently visited the store for purchasing a hp laptop.Found the prices less than other stores but whats more important and relevant is the staff and the owner. Their attitude towards each and every customer big or small is pretty much the same. I gave them my HP Pavilion laptop for repairs a few days back.The customer service was awesome. The laptop was repaired and returned today. The cost was kept to a minimum. Much better than other places I have been to before. But most people would say that should be expected. What impressed me more was the friendliness of the owner and staff and the honesty. Most repair centers would have simply told me that the motherboard is gone. But they didnt do that. They investigated and repaired only what was required. I will be taking my Dell Inspiron to them next which has a similar problem and others have failed to repair. would definately recommend them to others, hence 5 stars.

Very Pathetic experience!!!! ridiculous behavior!!!Please be aware with such peoples.I went this shop to get repair my laptop. they took money whatever they asked but they destroyed my laptop camera & Sound, even I paid them Rs.3000. The bad thing is, The Man in shop, doesnt have any manners to talk, he never give you chance to talk, and never agree with you at any point. He always tried to dominate you. As a customer he should give some respect, and have to be little polite. But When I started arguing then he raised his voice too much, which I didnt like. And hence I paid money and went out.Also, even that he did not felt sorry. This kind of people should be ashamed..

My HP pavilion Laptop, less than 2 years old. was very sluggish. showing defective battery and Harddisk predicted failure. Being a Senior Citizen I wanted some reliable person who could collect the laptop, diagnose defects, communicate with me on choices & costs and replace the HDD & battery and associated software reinstallation properly. Mr Devesh did the same very well with a quick timeline- no dilly dallying. He himself came one day and the next evening had completed the work. Being replacement plus plus I have now used the laptop for 2 weeks after the same and am happy. Good job.

I came across compuline while figuring out how to find a service center in the neighborhood by for my Lenovo three battery of which has stopped charging. Afraid it would be a part replacement are high cost. However, Devesh was very capable, a seasoned tech guy who seemed to know his stuff. He made no promises but said he would let me know as soon as possible. What seemed like it would be a big problem was solved within 24 hours and at a fraction of the cost I would have imagined. These guys overcharge like anything. For any product they will add more than 1000 to 2000 rs extra on the base price. I recommend everyone to not buy from here. I would have given zero stars possible. The owner tries talking about how amazon is not dependable and tries to scam the customer. But on the flip side its you the owner who is not dependable. Please stop scamming people and overpricing your components. Idk what kind of God complex the owner has but you should humble down. If youre gonna overprice customers then dont worry, youre not gonna last long in the market. I request everyone to not buy anything from here at all. First of all, I would like to apologize to the owner publicly.I had an extremely urgent requirement of router today, after searching a few places I found Compuline, the owner was good and provided me whatever available product he had. After coming home, I tried to configure the new router but due to some reasons I kept getting errors and was unable to connect to internet. As my requirement was very urgent, I panicked and called the store explained them the situation, but call it miscommunication or heat of the moment, things went wrong and we (the store owner and I) got into a serious argument because I had the thought in my mind that the store has fooled me with some wrong product, and I lost it and reacted very rudely, which I completely understand was not a right thing to do.My issue was, my old router was working fine but it only gave connectivity in one room and I needed a new router which gave me a good network in all the rooms, but as mentioned earlier due to the said error I wasnt able to connect it and I kept complaining about it to both my ISP and the store owner. Anyways, my ISP helped me with the problem and the router worked fine after the Internet Guy fixed some issues.It was too late when I realized that the way I behaved was not right and I could have tried to find more solutions rather than just focusing on one and I felt the owner deserved an apology from me. Sir, Im sorry about the incident today, and just to let you know I found a solution and got the connection fixed. You were kind enough to let me have my full refund along with an apology. I hope you accept my apology though.

Went to buy usb dell keyboard and mouse. At amazon it was around 1000Rupees, but i needed this urgently so visited this shop. They were selling that same keyboard and mouse, at around 1500 Rupees all together(1000 for keyboard and 500 for mouse). It was the MRP rate. I asked them to please dont overcharge as this is available at 1000 online. But the owner was very over smart and told me that they sells at MRP only. I agreed okay i am ready for 1300, as i was in urgent need. But the owner started some market talks, no profit talks and all. I said thats all ok and i am ready to pay that extra 300, so i will pay 1300 (online price 1000). But he didn’t agree.I came out of this shop and searched for any other IT shop nearby. And in around may be 300 or 400mtrs i got the same product, dell keyboard and mouse for 1000 rupees together without any bargaining or talk. I checked the product seal and done an originality check too on that.Thought to go back and tell about this to this shop owner but then decided not to. As he is just doing business his own way. So just had let it go. But then decided to post here so that i can share my experience here.
