Definitely a 5-Star.They go the second mile, in my opinion, in two areas. At an IT level, they provide products that are well thought-out and adaptable. They focus on quality and tight code under the hood. This is not sloppy or poorly engineered bloat-ware. They know their stuff. This is excellent foundational engineering for the web in the context of a WordPress-based deployment. They wont throw extra features into the product just to be able to say we have such-and-such.The second area that is noteworthy is their Customer Service. I have found it to be exemplary and they are diligent to follow through. This shows up, as well, in their training videos. Honest and accurate as they describe what can and cant be done. So they dont oversell their products - even when and where they discuss integration with other products. In a day and age where products are often over-sold (which leads to disappointment or frustration) it is refreshing to see their approach. I want to give Astra theme and support team 5 quadrillion stars. Five is too few! The theme is a dream for both newbie and css/html expert. I am both a newbie to themes, and an old hat at coding my own site for 24 years before buying Astra. Id tried other themes over the years before Astra but they were useless, so clunky and limited. These guys are amazing. A couple of years ago I started doing freelance full time and I was extremely green when it came to building websites - I am completely self taught. I couldnt be where I am today without them. The out of the box templates are great and easily customizable. If I hit a snag and couldnt figure something out, they respond within 24 hours. They dont just fix the issue, they teach you how to fix it yourself and they stick with you every step of the way. In the very few times the issue was a bug, they immediately created a fix for it. I tried a few other themes, Astra was, by far, the most dependable when it came not only to support but also when it came to the templates being thoroughly tested and reliable. I was able to provide details and screenshots, and when the initial tech couldnt solve it, they immediately passed the trouble ticket on to Tier 2, who responded exceptionally quickly with links and screenshots on how to proceed to fix the problem. I asked a question about an Astra Wordpress website. Previously using an Astra Help video I changed the items in a pull down menu to open to the left (instead of the default right). I then sent in a question asking how to reposition the arrows in items in the pulldown menu to point left. Due to my poor wording I got an answer that didnt work. I asked again and promptly got a reply that solved that issue and more.
