They really dont care about their customers. I called them several times but no answer even I texted them but no reply. I went to this place for laptop fan issue. I was told to replace the fan by they expert technician which they call him. I went to another computer repair center they told me their is nothing wrong with fan its just there a dust in the fan.These people dont even check what the issue is.

Had really bad experience. I lost my hdd partitions due to small misatke from their technicians. Fortunately I could get back my participations only after spending 48 hours of my valuable time and cost for purchasing partition recovery tool. Most Important part was their behaviour even after all what has happened was clear. I dont want to defame anyone infact I always my recomended all my friends here earlier. Addressing customer issue and sometime admitting mistake is not harmful. Another notable point was their technicians could not figure out how to recover partitions, which I could do in little time.

20 years old, good staff, professional workers. I went for a custom PC build and I got in budget and powerful Gaming PC. I highly recommend this shop, the one who is looking to buy Laptop, desktop any thing related to computer, do visit here you will be satisfied for sure.

Cartridge repair guy is always gone on worktime. Poor services ..no serious ness of others work and time

When you call them for a printer repair, they will turn the printer upside down and say There was dust... now it will work. And they charge 350/- for it.After 2 more complaints, they finally took the printer with them and said there is major faulty part which they will need to check. And now they have billed me 1200/- for a replacement for the faulty part.And still charged me 350/- for the visit.The reason? You are not covered in our AMC, so every time we visit we will charge you 350/- It doesnt matter if the issue is solved or not.
