5 People were found manupulating RTPCR report yestetday and due to which other passengers unnecessary suffered a lot...around 2 hours we were held at the border..the manipulation was known to VRL staff very well right from mitramandal chawk Pune still they allowed these people to board the bus...Now who is going take responsibility of this malpractice...reports are very easily manipulated in the presence of the staff....VRL Management has to answer this... Feeling very sorry and disgusted ...just to save report money these people are creating a life threat for others..PATHETIC SERVICE....as a service provider, VRL WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE ANY MISHAPPENINGS...

Good one , But the actual bus will not come here, the passenger from this boarding point are picked by Van to Vadagoan Budrak , from Vadagaon the actual busses will come for respective places, and the time taken by Van to reach vadagaon from this boarding point is about 15 to 20 mins

The service is worst..they dint even call me before deprture. I came 10 mins late and they left me stranded in the night, without any option. Unprofessional staff. Rude behaviour.

Ride was comfortable but it reached the destination 4 hrs late which is not good but everything was ok.
