Nice place .. like the flats and ambience.

Nice new Apartment.Liked the 3 storey parking facility. Parking is spacious for society members but no parking place for visitors. One bad experience with one of the owner. Thats not a big deal, its everywhere.New apartment view was good from above 4th floor onwards. Nice and clean corridors.

Developing area with well connectivity to sinhagad road. It should develop vastly in coming years. Connectivity by bus or auto is little bit on harder side.

It is a residential complex. It is constructed in 2 phases. 1st phase is obviously little old building with less parking and vehicle parked outside.2nd phase is newly constructed with ample parking, airy with elevator facility.

Society is great.Flats are old but have a very good built quality.Water issues - like every big society does , they also shut the water supply during the day time during summers as a self defence mechanism to save water.
