This is a must visit place during Durga Puja in pune. The place is sprawled over a huge area including a massive hall where Durga puja celebration as well as marriages takes place.Also the ground near it sets up stalls for clothes, delicacies etc.One can enjoy their evening by spending time here.There is no parking facility and it is right on top of the road so traffic can be a problem but there is efficient management to keep traffic in check especially during festive times.

Good place for fairs, stalls and flea market. Durga pandal is setup every year here. Its in Lane 7 in KP. They do have parking space which is good considering narrow lanes of KP.

Had visited to attend a wedding and the arrangements are good. A good venue if you are planning to have your wedding, events, party.Venue is huge and has good arrangements for the same. Parking area is behind the lawns and separate. Good arrangements for parking in case you are expecting a huge footfall of your event.

Visited during Durga Puja celebrations. Decent ambience and management of the event.Security arrangement could be improved in my opinion though I didnt face any issue.There is no dedicated parking spot nearby so I would not recommend bringing your own personal vehicle.

Very big lawns..my brothers college IIHM organized..an event that was GOSPARIO..here as you can utilize all the space..a big event, marriage good for all such events..parking space is pretty big..all evening was fun filled..has huge capacity..of people can be occupied..worth it .we enjoyed the time to much..food prepared by kids was delicious

I visited the place during Durga Puja and liked the set-up of the place especially how they maintain it throughout the year and the service which is provided is very prompt and efficient. The place is clean and can be booked for occasions.

This was the first time I visited this place during Durga Pooja, really awesome. I found authentic Bengali food - sweets, veg, non veg everything on place, so yummy and delicious. I went there all three days. Prices were not too high, still in three days I ate for around 5k along with my friends we both are foodie.Poor thing is its only during festive season.

Parking space needs to be improved

It is centrally located and has ample space for parking. It is very known around KP and is easily located. It is good for any kind of parties and events

Owner of this property Pingle is not the right person to deal with. Very inhuman person. He will keep everything hanging till 10-15 days before your event date and suddenly add a huge cost in decoration or through other stuff. I did suffer because of this person last year & the losses was not lesser than 2-3 lakhs for the single day. My genuine request to everyone please dont fall into his trap....there are much better properties in nearby vicinity.

One of the most popular Durga Thakur pandals during Durga Pujoi!! A lot of people, not just Bengalis, but non-bengalis including Maharashtraians flock here for Darshan and general celebration. A lot of popular Bengali food joints have stalls here. Downside is too crowded, parking nightmare, traffic jam

Rohi Villa Palace is located in the heart of Koregaon Park. It is a stately, colonial era, heritage building in Pune. I had visited the Durga Puja organised by a Bengali community at Rohi Villa. It was very well organized, with an impressive idol. The lawn had arrangements for several food stalls. It was a delight to see the vibrance of Bengali culture in Pune.

Usually you would look this place up during Durga Pujo and voila, I have three life saving tips for you :a. Dont drive here during pujos. Finding yourself a parking spot will be next to finding your childhood back.b. Wear slippers, open sandals, please no crocs. Typically it rains and the ground area where the food stalls are have mud slush going.c. Carry your own carry bags if you plan to bring the food from the stalls as take away. They are leaking oil like its US invasion on Kuwait and your spanking new attires will be compromised.

The place can accomodate arround 4k to 5k guests very easily. I have been served very nice and hot food during winter. I am not sure if it was external catering service or inhouse.

One of the Durga pandal in Pune. The pandal is not big enough to accommodate crowd. Lots of food and other stalls in the premises during the Dussera time. Though the food quality is not up to mark, those were still crowded... Only concern is four wheeler parking and traffic congestion in that Lane..
