Best place to learn and grow technically.I been part of a MS Office 365 process for almost 2 years.The interview process was bit lengthy but i believe that was a part of hiring the best candidate. Training period was tough with exams and all. But at the end that give you the knowledge to explore.Working culture is moderate and it also depends on your fellow mates/ Team.Infrastructure and Canteen is average.Freshers may feel the salary is less , but i felt they are paying you for your worth being fresher. Yearly Increment is very less.I personally enjoyed working here as i could explore and grow in technology.

Worst company ever. Hr discussion seems to be only one way communication. Never have I ever seen such pushy HR. MOREOVER THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ANY WFH FACILITIES. EXISTING EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH WFH. SPEAKING ABOUT SALARY UTS WAY TOO LESS CONSIDERING HOW COSTLY PUNE IS. THAT BEING SAID PLEASE NEVER EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY.THERE ARE MANY COMPANIES GIVING WFH, PLEASE SELECT WISELY.

This is an honest and my personal experience with Concentrix.(about recruiting process )One of my friends had referred me to this organisation and I could not wait another day to join. I cracked their Video interview and they thought it was okay. HRs at Concentrix are not as serious and keen about recruiting people as you may find in other companies. I felt they are snobbish and unprofessional when dealing with candidates. to mention one of them, (HR Sana) was the one who was taking care of my profile and hiring. One would expect an honest answer if one has been selected or rejected. I literally had to drop three texts and make few calls just to find out that they no longer respond to you. they ghost on your texts and calls. last but not least important thing about it, dont get your hopes hight if you are planning to apply for a job at Concentrix since THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOU.Work environment?My friends tell me that managers and team leaders are quite supportive and motivating.

Worst worst very worst ever HR recruiting team I have come across in my life. They are treating candidates so worst. HR recruiter SARITHAGARG the worst ever recruiter I have ever seen, scolding blocking numbers and so irresponsible if company keeps proceding with such rude recruiter then every candidate has to come across such persons and their first step in life will be so hesitated and depressed like me. Its been a month that I applied for this job and wasted all my time trusting this HR recruiters reply .

Concentrix and convergy are merged as concentrix and they worked for microsoft process client is suberb learning for fressers and exp as wel,,,But....Here the requritment process is Very worst they irritates you for the interview with different requriters,with standard package 5.89lpa😆 and immidiate joining who will join in 15 days or less..atleast they should have criateria of 60 days as per company offical standards...Concentrix think on this..

Excellent staff and nice company with best maintained infrastructure.Basically it is it company .Only drawback of this place is that they do not allow visitors vehicle inside the premises and visitors has to avail outside parking spaces on his own risk.Otherwise admin staff is very helpful and cooperative and good.

It has Very talented people especially support staff. Freshers as well as experienced professionals can apply for various positions like Technical support, Customer support etc.

Very nice place for Starting career. It is BPO company. Parking for visitors is no available. Toilet,canteen,lift and security is good. To enter inside carry your governmmet ID like pan card,Driving licence,aadhar card etc.

One of the best experience I had with this organization, O365 and EPS both process will give you best platform to grow your career.Canteen food is not good, job security is always there if employee wants to work.Now lets talk about the HR part of the organization, I have received my FNF after 65 days which is not acceptable, if as per the company noms the fnf should be done within 45 days then why it takes 60 + days.Guys make sure before leaving the organization take email approval that you will get the fnf within 45 days.

The place is good however its very complicate to find it out

Its an company for slaves not for employees, cannot move out of the company after 10pm, and above that there is no work culture. Managers are like jailors. Here if u need to work, u need to have fear. And managers here are best with playing with your mind. They just look for there benefits, very very negatuvr work environment. Hardly some one stays for more than a year. One good thing is they provide excellent training.

The most tortoise paced BPO company. It takes awful long time to complete the employment procedure of an new employee. The company barely cares about the employee and the working environment is 🤮🤮🤮🤮. I wouldnt have been giving a single star, to post this so i have to...i filled my PF form on 25th november 2016, been 4months now still not received, atleast the person who takes care should have helped me though she says mine work is done we dont have any contact for further details how is it possible...Nirmala says i have to wait for 3-6 months as told by the head office but PF officers says as the process had made so soomth that you will receive it in 15-20 days, what type of staff they have and apart from this i had mailed he several time still there is no response
