I approached Printo for printing a photobook for a family member’s birthday. The quality of printing is very good despite some of the original photos being quite grainy.However, the store insists on going to their shop and personally sitting on their machine and uploading the photos. This would not have been a problem if the software was not so restrictive and slow. Hence there was an issue in the original copy that was printed. A suggestion to the company is to allow customers to be able to upload their photos online and only go to the store for a review before placing the order and to make it more user friendly.However, Gaurav from Hinjewadi store went out of his way to ensure that my issue was resolved and the correct copy was provided to me! The staff here dont want to spend time editing the pics, even for proper cropping. They say the pic hasnt been taken properly. I had to ask them to please do it. Photo prints delivered were just fine.Additionally, no parking space for four wheelers.

We went to printo with an artwork portfolio printing requirement. In our first visit Mr. Ramakant helped us choose the paper and print options patiently. In our second visit we were assisted by Mr. Chandra Shekhar and Mr. Sagar who printed out the portfolio as per our requirements.
