The owner of the shop personally explained all the printer specifications very well and was cooperative. They sell only printers and provides good service as well.. So far the best shop if you are looking for printer..

Poor service....exuberant charges ( almost double than any other shop )....on the top of it very poor quality service.....stay away from this shop...I have refilled my cartridge & i have been charged 600/- where rest of the shop charge max.350/- no receipt given after requesting .....And finally cartridge ran dry in just 50 prints.......can you believe it..?Worst experience ...........!

Absolute worst and fraud for any kind of printer repair or services. The office belongs to Mr. Rajesh Pawar, the owner is ok but the support staff who estimates charges for the printer services after warranty is absolutely fraud and tries to cheat the customer to the highest level possible. Not sure if the owner is behind this or has just given it these people as kind of third party service provider and dont pay them and as a result they try to loot customers as much as possible.I purchased a Canon photo copier MF4350 two years back from this place since the rates were kind of competitive.Recently I was getting a E-225 error in the machine while starting it and it wasnt proceeding after that. When I took the machine to House of printers - Indra Tech, I was told about initial Rs. 150/- as service charge which is ok. When asked about the cost for this E-225 error the support person said - Sir abhi technician nahi hai, printer ko khoolne tau do phir batate hai kharcha The body language and the way he said I was already expecting the charges a little high. After keeping it for a day, a lady called my cell and told the cost to correct the printer error E-225 will be Rs. 6000/- Asking whats the problem she told there was an ICY and circuit problem and some cable problem also which will cost Rs. 6000/-. Now this was too much for a printer worth Rs. 15000 and two years old also, so I asked them not to do anything and I will take it back. I luckily only paid the Rs. 150/- charge. Thought to buy another normal photo copier in Rs. 7 or 8 thousand.I brought it back in my car. Next day I thought to also call the registered Canon printer services at Swargate, Mitramandal chowk to check and confirm if this could be repaired there and what will be the cost. The person was so genuine that just on the call he confirmed that error E-225 has nothing to do icy and cable, just bring it him and he will correct it.Their current office at mitra mandal is a little inside and took me a little challenge to reach there but was highly worth to reach at last. Got the printer at his table he plugged the cable and oops i mean WOW it just started without any efforts. Magic i mean. Then he told me that this error E-225, 90% of the time is because of moisture which mostly happens in rainy days and the recent heavy raining since so many days in Pune might was a reason for this. After taking the printer back from House of Printer ( Indra Tech ) it was around 4 - 5 days in my car only, I did not take it out as its a little heavy and bulky and as a result got enough heat in the travel which I guess cleared the moisture. The Canon printer service center person also told me that many times customers register a complaint for this error and when next day he calls to confirm to come and repair the printer they tell him Ohh it automatically got corrected and no more a error now.So long story short E-225 error 90% of time is because of moisture and only a cheat, jerk and fraud seller will ask Rs. 6000/- for repairing it. Just a normal cleaning can also correct it.Never go to House of printers - Indra Tech for any kind of repair or after warranty services. Only go to House of Printers to buy something if rates are very low and competitive but even with my recent experience I wont suggest to make any kind of trade relations here as I have lost my trust in this seller now.While discussing my story with other people I also came to know similar stories from many others and they also told me not to go there for any kind of repair and after sales work and I was also told by some if you give anything for repair there, do a thorough check when you bring it from there.Hope it helps..Thanks,Anmol Saraf.
