I recently visited Pimple Saudagar branch. The person who was wearing formal dress and looking like somewhat senior to the salesman, spoke so arrogantly to us, only because we went outside and took some time for discussion. After discussion we went inside and decided to buy the refrigerator. At the time of making the bill, this person came and arrogantly asked the salesman, how much discount did you tell for exchange of old fridge. The poor salesman said we give Rs. 1000 discount to everyone Sir, dont we? On which this Rude arrogant Employee of yours said, No no no, we cant give more than Rs. 500. If we cared about that money, why would we come there by paying Rs. 300 for the Uber. Are your people out of their minds?? His tone of speaking was very unacceptable. Just do something. I just anyhow stopped myself from slapping that man.

Appliances stock, quality, variety, all ok. But sales people gives poor service..not bothered to explain products details

I purchased a Lenovo Laptop this morning, had been to the store yesterday too. Swapnil Ballal sir attend me both the days... His behavior towards his customers is very genuine. He understood all my requirements and made sure I choose the right one even during this pandemic I spent around 1.5hrs there, Swapnil sir had all the answers to my queries! Most important! He was very patient both the days. He gave me the best offer with accessories! Good service.. only thing I found was a guy there whos happened to be an employee of Vijay Sales was on phone and was talking rather a quarrel with his wife and abusing her so badly and that to on top of his voice, which made the customers and other female employees feel so awkward and I was able to see it in their eyes. That made me feel as if we all are in a slum area.Since it happend 10 days ago there was no much rush due to Covid restrictions. This incident took place at a store in Pimple Saudagar.Vijay Sales Management should look into this as it is a very serious concern.

They have less option of every electronic appliances. The have a pathatic billing system which consumes more time for customers. Being a customer and payer the billing must be easy. But have to go to counter and make a slip of payment as if they are selling gold

Co-ordination between their online order system is not very well, I have ordered Printer online on Saturday and order is not delivered upto Wednesday. I have to take many followups to take delivery. I have to talk online support guys and they are saying delivery will be on time i.e on Tuesday but nothing happens. Lastly on Wednesday I have to talk with some one senior guy, then I got my printer on Wednesday. Not so good experience.

Parking could a issue sometime but one can park on road side.

Oh boy!This is quite an upscale shopping centre for kitchen & home appliances & electronics. The biggest offerings Ive seen so far seem to be refrigerators and television sets. We were there for one of the low runner items, chimney. Being low runner item, choices were limited. Didnt end up buying anything.But I do recommend visiting the place, just for an experience of whats new on offer if nothing else.

The place is good for all the electronics and appliances. However I went there to buy a dishwasher which is not available since months now.

It is sort of a landmark in the area. Of course it has all the electronic gadgets. Prices are quite competitive. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Variety was OK and finance options are available too. I think billing desks can be increased. They also collect e waste but there is no home pickup facility for it. Home drop for the items that you buy is sure available. Parking is not designated for the store but enough is available outside on the road.
