Bubble bee introduced Waffles in cone version which tastes yummy. The presentation is pretty beautiful.Also we can customize our own waffle cone which is the fun part. The ambience is very welcoming and charming.

28 February 201920:38Had a horrifying experience with dineout today and went through an ordeal. We were a big group of over 12 people and has booked GIRF offer for Bubble bee. Post reaching the restaurant they refused to accept our booking and said that they do not have a tieup with Dineout and cant honour our booking. After that i spent over 30 minutes on the phone talking to dineout and in between the management of the place and it yielded no results. Bubble Bee Viman Nagar said its not their fault and i should blame Dineout for this and i did tell them i would write about this as we had a really bad experience. The management their said that the have asked Dineout to fix the issues they are having with the system and that they do not have a login email or whatever to access the system but Dineout is not ready to do anything. I told them for me i would blame both Bubble Bee and Dineout equally responsible for this fiasco as they just cant take customers for a ride.While this whole incident happened the management whom i spoke to over the phone said we will give you 15% discount which later on was increased to 20% . I told them for me it is not about discount but ethics both Dineout and Bubble Bee cant take customers for a ride and make us run around like this. I can even pay without getting the discount but the way they have handled this is not acceptable. I even told them i would write about this and share my feedback on Facebook and Zomato as they should not be doing this to customers. On this i was told that i am trying to spoil their image when the issue is with Dineout and i should blame them.The icing on the cake was the owner of the place calling and threatening me that they would call the police once he is back because i am misbehaving with his wife over the phone. This is when went i spent over 40 minutes standing there and trying to solve this issue. Some restaurants would go at any length to save their image and blame the customers. I was told that they have video cam footage and they would take action once he is back in town. All this when i did not raise my voice, abuse anyone nor did i hit or touch anyone. Just complained about this and told them that we all are here looking at what is happening and what experience we are getting with this.In the end the owner said over the phone, i would not server you and asked us to leave. All this happened while on one side i was on call with Dineout and an audience of over 12 people was watching this.Frankly i am disappointed with Dineout and Bubble Bee. As my motive was just to go out have some bubble waffles and enjoy the evening which was ruined due to their internal politics, policies and operational issues.
