Very good. Our JMB logged complaints to Air Selangor and Indah Water regarding extremely high utility bill but their response were very slow. After reporting to SPAN on this matter, able to resolve the issue with correction on billing within 3 months. Thank you SPAN!
No one pick up call morning until lunch hour even few day still call but no one answer what kind of the service? Really so terrible worst
The worst agency i ever deal. No one pick up the phone like nobody at their office but During lunch hour so many staffs go out. They just come to office for eat and chit chat i guess.

Forced to pay a 1% contribution when it was very clear for the start it was not due, when managed to prove the historical facts on my building, the refund was withheld for well over 1 year.....still waiting now......
