I am giving this review about the service I had taken in the month of october. Before writing anything I wanted to read other customers reviews and after reading the same I am pretty sure what I shall put in the review box.One can easily see how the owner herself treats and back answers the customers from the answers given on the reviews.Though I am giving it the review very late I would like to raise my concerns. I had heard a lot about this boutique in our area. Before going there, I had called and asked what time i should reach there for measurements so that no one needs to wait. After reaching there, the owner had gone out for something and came after almost one hour of making us wait. I was expecting many options would come frome her side to make the blouse trendy and something different. Still I was ok with what she suggested and due to the expensiveness I was also bounded to the restrictions of patterns. My blouse costed me more than 3000.They had given me a delivery date. On that day I had many things planned in ahed so I called up on the given number to ask what time shall I come to pick up the blouse. As I had called at 8 AM in the morning, the owner said that you should understand its very early and call me after 11AM. Which I did not like because when you are giving personal number you should be in the mood to attend customers at any hour in the day or better give another number which is reachable only in the business hours. Then I went to the shop and picked up the blouse. As it was a function at my home only I couldnt get time to try it beforehand. So I wore it on the eleventh hour of the function and addition to my frustration the blouse was totally misfit. At the bustline, the sleeves everything was misfit. I had asked her to do embroidary on the blouse. She did not tell me that the embroidery wont come on the left side of the blouse and when I asked about the same, she said the blouse are always made like this as the left side of the blouse is covered under saree pallu. I said ok, but you should inform a new customer about the same. Its your duty to inform and educate the customer. The blouse costed me more than 3 thousand.May be she has many customers who spend easily in thousands so she doesnt care about the ones who have very limited budget and less work. But she doesnt understand all the customers are paying her and her dedication should be same with everyone.Most of the reviews say that the staff is not custoner friendly but I think thats because of the owner behaves like this with customers. The root cause of the staffs behaviour is the owners behaviour.I hope, she does learn from these reviews and change it. Still I wish her all the luck and success in the business though I am not going there again

I wish I could give zero rating.Read all the reviews and very much convinced with serious faces Of the staff.they are to busy on phone to not even realize the customer is at doorstep.the sweeper realized which the staff didnt.Didnt like the fitting ..Committed dates are not followed.Visited shop thrice for my suits.Think 100 times before entering the shop.All the girls in shop must be trained to attend customers.they are happy with their own attitudes n blame customers for that.BIG no from my side.

Ashwini Tai who owes it , she is very sweet and polite always ready to experiment new things and has a great knowledge in fashion designing. She is always there to suggest the best way of designing a dress and the outcome of it is really fab. Its almost more than a year im getting my Botique stuff done from her right from purchasing material , suggesting the best design to it and to stiching she is always there(Available all time and happily answering all your queries). Right from western, traditonal to best out of old saree she does it all. Its a pocket friendly botique.Highly recomended one as its my favourite ❤️❤️🙂..

Worst experience. Zero value to the customer.waited for 45 mins standing just to hear that she cannot stitch and ask me to come next week. She could have told first only. Think twice before going.For your kind information this was not copy paste we really had worst experience

Very expensive price tags(especially in material section) and some serious faces(that too when there was nobody else to cater to, in the afternoon time).. although the designs are good.. for someone who doesnt mind the price tag and get some artistic prints, it is an alright place to be. But you can get the same quality and designs at other places especially in brands like Fab and Cottoncottage for a lesser tag..

I asked to her, she was saying sorry something urgent dresses was there to stitch which I had given to Taylor.. And we didnt get Astar to match the dress.. And you know guys it was very urgent to me for something function was in my family on tuedsay.. So I said to her okay.. Give me on Monday.. Now she was saying to me sorry monday is holiday.. I can not open my shop only for one client.... What should I do..even i said to her okay then please do less amount.. Now still she was saying sorry there is no realtion of dress billed and dress stitched late.. This was not mine mistake... It was very very wrong what type of she was answered to me.. Obsolutely she was very wrong from her side.. Even though she was not ready to accept her mistake....Think twice before going...

Very expensive for stiched dresses for children. .. I stiched two frocks for my children.. Elder one six year old and younger one two year old. They charged me Rs.4,500/- each. Though I had mentioned my budget for each is 2000/-.. After arguing ended up paying 7000/- . Actually the dresses are actually not worthy 3,500/-..
