The staff is soo unprofessional...there was this sales girl in the showroom..she was sooo careless and pathetic...she misplaced the items on her own and started acting out as if it was stolen...on account of which she even checked my friends bag...this has never happened with us in any other brand...worst staff training..Ill recommend go to some other showroom but not this one....moreover she didnt even had the courtesy to apologize afterwards.

I purchased a top after the malls have open after the lockdown.The billing personnel forgot to remove the electronic magnet thing on my top.I spent my resources to get back to phoenix from Aundh after 2 weeks when I wanted to wear it.The person at the counter says I cant without the bill, well I dont have it, cause I tried it at the store and it fit well.He :How much was the bill amount of this top.I said, it was a single top purchase, you check.The person who forgot to remove it that day and the person who refused to remove it today, both lame.

The manager is i think maharshtrian? quite rude. pl try to have north eastern female staff as u did before, as they have good etiquette and fashion sense. i always bought what they suggested and got compliments. but now i did not buy coz maharashtrian staff has no etiquette or taste.

Worst experience.i took women sweater from store in evening.they refuse to exchange in morning. manager is too arrogant.no sense how to talk with customers.
