I had good experience of shopping at petals before, but during next visit was not at all good. Staff people are rude, they will force you buy something even if you dont like or find what you want. If you dont buy they start embarrassing you. Not a shopper friendly. Products are good but people/managers are worst. Dont make shopping unpleasant going here.

They have beautiful and variety of dresses! But the alterations are not upto the mark, they promise to give the polishing and finishing to expensive items along with the fittings, but they dont give it in the end.They have good collection of clothes, tho.

Dont buy any clothes for this stores. They are highly overpriced and the quality is also not very good. All mumbai items on which they are attaching their tags with high price. They force customer to buy even if we dont like anything.

Please hire trained and professional staff, the guys present currently are hounds and stare vulgarly and pass comments on female customers visiting.

Petal used to be my favorite shop but now a days they have become so arrogant.. Entire staff.. The way they talk is disgusting.. They do force a lot when we say we are not liking.. Even when I was saying this is not the right size for me, he still refuse to accept and gave me wrong size.. Overpriced shop also mannerless staff

One day before my purchase from petals of Laxmi road I had tried a gown there .which was of 7999 and next day I called the showroom that I am coming to purchase that gown . These culprits changed the price tag and it was 10999 still I purchased . After alteration not proper packing .. no plastic cover to such heavy dress . Never purchase from petals . Very bad experience ..

Arrogant staff. Avoid going to this place. Someday someone going to chop the staff for sure . Had visited the shop with my family but however staff was rude.

This place has got good choice of garments. But the prices are very high. If you want a fancy item for a big function then this might be a good place. Alteration and delivery at designated time is a big issue. Whenever i have bought clothes here. it takes an hour waiting ( on next day also). So its a waste of time after spending a big amount.

I have been here so many times and found prices are really high than other shops. Quality is also same no difference, but cost is really too high.I took one sharara from this shop it was rs7000 but I found same dress in the next shop at for 5000 and it happens for the others things too.I will suggest dont take at first sight .. go to next shops and then think. They all have same pattern and design dresses. You will get whatever you want.

Do not buy anything for here. These people do business of deceit and shenanigans. We had went to buy a dress and initially the price was 6700. We tried some other dresses too in similar range. But when we chose this particular dress they said that the price tag has fallen off and said that the price is 8999. I insisted to see the price tag because I remembered not seeing anything above the range of 7000. Then they deceitfully showed some other price tag of INR 8990. They fool people by giving false rates. Laxmi road will have a dress at 10,000 and same dress at their own store in camp has for 12,000 . Plus if you by mistake mention you have come to change a dress they on your face tell the sales person not to show you more options. I am going to try to raise it in consumer court as they fool you royally. Buyers pls be careful

Over hyped place for readymade garments (salwar kurti/chudhidar/anarkali/lehengas). Collection is great but very expensive. Also they just want you to make final selection within just 2 to 3 initial display pieces. Staff is rude.
