Laundry wala provides all encompassing services with respect to clothes ensuring you are always dressed well.Flexibility is one thing that i absolutely appreciate along with Quality and range of services.I also find Rajesh very knowledgeable and he takes pains to explain what is going to happen to a piece of clothing when its in for some specific dry cleaning.Doing only steam ironing is a big advantage.

Great laundry service. On-time and very quick. You will really appreciate the service in the rainy season. I am a regular, used it for last four months and I can easily recommend this service to all those overworked people who have very less time available to use for doing the laundry. I feel the pricing is quite reasonable. There has been a recent change by inclusion of tiers per weight range.

Not sure... Means I called them to give my formal coat for dry cleaning... Then the attendant said, Sir let me calculate the cost and call you back. with a call hang. Its been 15 mins now. Im not sure if they have any standards in customer attention, pricing, and courtesy.... Administration problem I think...And if they want to check their database then they will not find my name in it as their attended havent asked me my name and I havent gave an order as their attendant havent called back...

When you go to such places where you have to pay higher than general amount for dry cleaning you expect the staff to have some basic courtesy as well. I had given clothes for dry cleaning with a delivery due date of Wednesday. When I reached to take my package at 5 they said it would arrive by 6. I sent someone to take the package at 6, they said it had still not arrived. When my wife went to pick the package at 7.30 they said they WONT give it on that day at all. They would only give it on Friday. By then we were desparate as we had a flight to catch on Friday morning and their store is closed on Thursday. My wife called me and I spoke to them over phone. When I told them they had committed to give on wednesday, they said such commitments did not matter and the delivery will be done only per their convenience. I requested them that if it wasn’t possible today then atleast give me the next day. The lady staff started shouting at me - Haan aapke liye nayi shop khol dete hain jisme sirf aapke kapde dhulenge. We couldn’t believe someone could be so unprofessional to speak in such way. Though I ended up getting the clothes by 8 on Wednesday itself, not going back there ever again.

I would have given minus (-) stars if that were possible.I am(was) the first time user to Laundrywala, they promised to delivery the shipment on a friday and PROMPTLY delivered the same on SATURDAY LATE EVENING!Coming to the WORST PART, there was a shirt missing! When i called them back with the issue, it already took them 7 DAYS!!! just to find the missing shirt and 3 DAYS more to return the same to me..... The shirt still hasnt reached me!!!! Lets see.........What Happens!!!!!!!

Worst service ever. My order is B2692. I dont know how many people work there, everytime you visit or call them you will find a new person. So one person said you will get cloths after 1 day. I went to recieve but they said we will get that in 20 minutes and deliver it to your home. But when I called them after 4 hours they started fighting me that we said 3 days and so on.

Horrible service. order no-2276 They ruined my anarkali suit. the complete stitching at the bottom has come out. Also the net portion where stones are studded is torn in such a manner that it cant be repaired. They promised to hand wash this suit, instead they have machine washed it due to which the suit is completed destroyed. Now they are not accepting their fault and not doing any efforts to compensate their mistake.

Pathetic service. I have been there regular customer until I realized that they are so unprofessional. Gave my shirt for dry cleaning (Brand new) and never got it back.

Called to schedule a pick up. The lady told me that the minimum order is rs 500 for pick up and drop. The least they could do is mention ot on their website clearly. Very disappointed.

I had a very bad experience with this shop.. I gave my trousers to dye and the guy at this shop committed delivery in 4 days and kept my trousers for three weeks.. What was more shocking for me was that even after three weeks he returned me my trousers without doing the dye..!!! One of the worst customer service I have come across .. I would not suggest anyone to go to this place .. Go only if you want to waste your money and get bad customer service..
