Worst customer service experience . Once they misplace or loose your clothes , forget about an apology or any compensation . On top of it they will tell you they cant do anything about it .So be careful everything you give here is at your own risk .I had given some white clothes for washing and when they were returned they were yellow . When I complained the person who also happens to be owner told me it is not his fault yet after lots of argument they agreed to wash them again .I had to follow up multiple times and it has been more than 4 months , I havent received them back. They have misplaced or lost them and on top of it the owner says it is not his fault . So I dont whose fault it is probably customer is at fault for paying for their pathetic service . So be careful since they do not give you any receipts if something happens with your delivery you might never get your clothes back and dont even think you will ever get an apology .The owner seems to be least bothered about customer .
