Protima here:I m probably one of your oldest customers and I have been coming to your shop since the time it had just started with Saikat...Tarun and a Doctor ..only 3 of you were running and it was a start up..i guess in 2016 .I only used to come there coz of excellent customer service and behaviour from the 3 of you.And now? Since the past 1 year or more ?Whom have you entrusted your shop with?Those people...? Mannerless ...There is this one super irritating guy Chotu..he has been misbehaving from the start..i have been requesting for a weighing machine ..so that right in front of me they can weigh my clothes for the wash and fold thing and he has been shirking it saying Saab gaaon ko gaye hain..they refuse to give me your number always and I cN see clearly that they are hiding it...they say they dont have it...They go and weigh it somewhere else And I gotta blv them blindedly.Yesterday i had a doubt when they said its 7 kg and @65 rs per kg.When i weighed it in the nearby shop it turned out to be 4.5 kg..still they retorted saying that unwashed clothes weighh more...Are you kidding? 2.5 kgs of dirt?On top of that Chotu has the audacity to tell me the next day that aap kam paisa dekar gaye...and he also said...humko pata hai kaun kaisa customer hota haiWhy?.i had a good argument m fight.But my point is why shoulf I pay Rs 150 more...Yesterday i caught red handedly..what about all those times they might have cheated me.?You know what you guys are doing?Giving ur business in the hands of faltu ppl..who r spoiling yr name..Thank you..You have definitely lost a loyal customer in me..Thats not how you set up a business with high customer service and hand it over with mannerless ppl

Ridiculous service and extremely poor management!! They dont even have a track/ record of the clothes they pick. Have misplaced a whole lot of clothes they picked from my place and later acted unaware of it. After much hue and cry the manager finally agreed to give the owner Taruns number who in no time shirked off his responsibility towards the entire episode. My experience has been utterly disappointing with these guys!!

I live opposite the outlet, clean factor has a number where you can call,they will come home collect the clothes and return it on a stipulated time.But sadly this service for ironing is the worst nightmare for me, I have to dial the number at least 5 to 6 times before it is answered. Several follow ups to come and collect the clothes.Never do the staff abide by timelines, there is zero customer satisfaction.
