I recently visited this pathetic place for a spa. This place has no good thing about it... I called to confirm and then when I went I was told that masseuse had gone to collect tiffin.. this should have been my hint to leave. The room I was shown first had cockroaches running around so I was moved to another cabin.The masseuse didn’t have any interest and he was in a hurry. When I went to take the shower the bathroom had an open drain with a dead cockroach. And worst part was that the warm water stopped and it was cold water coming. I was shivering for a good 5 minutes and when the problem couldn’t be fixed I took a bath with cold water. I gave the receptionist an earful and told her I would expect to hear from the owner which I haven’t still. It’s the worst experience I have had ever... will not recommend to anyone

Service quality is very bed .Staff is not cooperative
