COVID vaccination - Covishield - 1st DoseAfter registering on the CoWin site you need to get a token at the hospital. They issue tokens at 9 am but the line starts building up at the main gate from 7:30 onwards. Note when registering on the CoWin/Aarogya Setu at the schedule step please select Ruby Hall Wanowrie as your preferred choiceOnce you receive your token the process is streamlined and well organized. You are asked to sit in a waiting area till you are called up to the hospital lobby.Once formalities like verification, payment, bp and temperature checks are completed you are administered the vaccine.Post vaccine you need to wait in the lobby waiting areaStaff is very helpful and polite.

Its a multi specialty hospital in the vicinity of Wanowrie, NIBM and Fatima Nagar. It serves the purpose for patients visiting for OPD and emergencies.The testing facilities are adequate to serve OpD PATIENTS.You wont find many renowned doctors here though.

One of our worst experiences ever, very rude staff, patient has delivered a baby and the hospital staff has not cleaned the room since 90 mins, after asking them to clean the room the staff has told us that it is not their job, extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever.1 - while being prepared for operation all wired up, suddenly they ask u to go to another OT just like that2 - Had to raise acomplain against customer care to get an interim bill which by the way had price 80% hike from the expected price shared before the surgery.3 - They didnt even shared the updated bill with the insurance team.4 - I came across 7 of there devices that didnt work at the time of need. Like the bed remote it doesnt work when want to adjust it. Like the AC vent which will shut down in middle of the day and will not start untill u raise complain.5 - There was an incident were a patient had a cardiac arrest and they did not had a working bp monitor band, they had to remove mine to use it.6 - The average response time for nurses is 15 mins - 30 mins5 - I almost had an accident as the bed did not had breaks on the wheel.6 - The washrooms are always dirty. Also there no handicap washroom.

Unfortunately two of my relevant was admitted on same day.The semi private is just for name.Actually it’s general ward with curtains. Whole night your patient can’t sleep because of Tv or other patient noise. The toilet needs to be shared with 24 patients and their is only two WBC toilets. Patients needs to stand in line for their turns.So technically you are in over priced general room with thirds class service name as semi private with a expensive price tag that will not be available throughout India.There are few staff to take care of patients. Technically they are overburden. That delays their response to alarm.Another of my relatives was in over priced private room.They don’t have twin sharing room or proper semi private room.The only way Rubby Wanowarie is best is making money.My father was admitted at Kokilaben Hospital at Andheri Mumbai for a month in twin sharing room I must say that was quality however Wanowarie Rubby just know how to make money either you have to stay in over priced general room or private room to get the treatment. Either way they will make sure to overcharge you with third class service.

The general physician is super impatient and their phone literally rings constantly in a consultation session. Youre better off saving your money and going someplace else. Where they actually listen and address your concerns to some preliminary extent before prescribing a million tests.

I am agreeing with one of the reviews above, I WOULD GIVE THIS HOSPITAL 0 STARS IF I COULD.I had taken my father-in-law (78 years old) for urine infection with high fever on Saturday, upon arrival they had taken him in for an emergency consultation without caring to inform what were the charges.After the consultation, he was forced to get many tests done to get his prescriptions. And those tests were done on Sunday compulsorily (with double chargers because of holiday), those tests could have been done on Monday also. My father-in-law’s reports came out with urine infection (as expected), but they asked us to do more tests to check deep into it. After many more tests the doctors told us that he has to be kept in the ICU for “observation purpose” (he didn’t really need the ICU) and they kept him there for 2 days to further hike the charges. Also, speaking of the medicines, they charged money for the meds but refused to tell us which medicines were being given which is absurd. Dr Gandhi (Urology surgeon) insisted a surgery (must require) for the 78 years old patient and said it was the only option.We took second opinion from outside Doctor and he changed the medicines and suggested few more days of medicines. And I am pleased to say that my father in law is doing very well now and is recovering very quickly.The Hospital had charged around 1.27 lakhs in just 4 days (for urine infection treatment) and during our stay at the hospital we saw no improvement in the patient. Above all of this the hospital had the audacity of calling me today for “feedback” twice! To anyone reading this review, please don’t mind the big name of the hospital as it is only a money-making machine and is full of dishonest management and staff. I could count on one hand how many doctors practice integrity in this hospital (dur to prior experience) (and there are dozens that work there). I would NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone. This is the worst place to take any suffering patient.

Got vaccinated today here.Overall not a great experience but it was good.The below details/review is for someone who want to choose this hospital for vaccination on coming days.Shock no 1:My slot is at 10 am and reached there by 9.15 am and there was queue for token system , I thought people standing is for 10 am slot but even 12pm slot peoples also standing before me and got the tokens. I got token number 32 and thought it might get delay.Shock no 2:After token, adviced to wait in the 2nd floor waiting area. When entered, I could see chairs and people are sitting very close. This is not actually a social distancing at all and literally thought did I made mistake by choosing this hospital for vaccinated.ButLater was the surprising parts :Surprise no 1 :They called the tokens as per time slots and Not on token based, so if you are in 10 am slot, you get the first preference based on ascending token number.Surprise no 2:Now.again from there you have come down again and have to proceed to kamalnayan building.From here all went smooth, You called for registration and to do the payment and waiting for your turn to vaccination.Surprise no 3:Even though only 2 counters are used for vaccination, it took only 7 minute for my turn and got vaccinated. It was smooth experience.Only drawback is the token system and waiting area. These two things if they managed, then it might be a smooth and great experience.Also people should go for vaccination half an hour before their time slot would be the best instead of coming early and getting token is not going to help you to get vaccinated early.

The Wanowrie branch of Rubi Hall Clinic, Pune. All test facilities, casualties, OT etc available. Very clean facility. OPD has good doctors. Appointments are not reserved on call, first come first serve basis. But please call OPD to ensure availability of Doctor. They have a membership facility with 10% discount of doctor’s fee and tests. Avoid weekends for full body checkup. No proper parking for 2 wheelers. Basement parking for 4 wheelers has a steep ramp and limited width, if two vehicles come from both directions, you are in trouble, so keep honking if you enter or exit this parking

Hi to Ruby Hall Staff,I just got vaccinated for Covid at Ruby Hall Wanowrie. Kudos to all of them the way they are managing and handling right from Security to the concerned staff who are incharge to vaccinate.I got my token in the morning that was no. 70, was asked to reach to hospital after 12.30pm , I reached there at about 12.50pm and was immediately sent for vaccination process.The doctors and nurses are polite and considerate,Real AngelsGod bless them all.

Visited this hospital for COVID vaccination for my wife. A day before I had my vaccination on another hospital (New hand child hospital, Kalewadi).Following were the process:1. Get the token at gate (it was a 600 dose slot)2. Asked to wait on a building in 2nd floor. Line started from ground floor stairs. (Thought the vaccine would be in the same building)3. Reached the line at 2:35pm. Reached the 2nd floor at 3:45pm. My token number got announced at 4:30pm. And came to know that vaccination at the main building. Went there but security asked me to wait outside.4. Waited for another 15 mins there to get called for verification, payment, registration, vaccination. Main building time frame was 35 mins.5. They have 4 payment counters but only 1 was active. 02 vaccination counter but 01 was active as there was lot of delay in the pervious process itself.Ruby hall being big hospital could have thought and corrected the following better:a. More payment and verification counterb. Pls use manual payment slip if possible to reduce the crowd which posses as risk of getting infected with lot of people in the stairs, waiting hall etc.My previous day vaccination center too had 600 slot and all the process was done in 15 mins including vaccination.

I WOULD GIVE THIS HOSPITAL 0 STARS IF I COULDIts very fancy and well equipped BUT the entire management is targeted towards mooching off money from unsuspecting patients. I went for a persisting cough and cold consultation on Sunday, upon arrival they informed me that the OPD was closed and they will take me in for an emergency consultation without caring to inform what are the charges. (We were completely fine with coming in on Monday.) After the consultation I was forced to get a chest X-Ray (Rs. 700) done to get my prescriptions. My X-ray came out completely fine and they sent me off to pay the doctors charges. My friend from prior experience had told me doctor charges cost around 300 rupees but my bill had come out to be a 1000 rupees. And in bill slip I was charged with doctor consultation + the follow up (the follow up I didnt have) . When I asked the billing guy why he had charged me 600 extra bucks he made up a reason that the emergencyconsultation services cost 1000 bucks but its not in their system so they add in random services (that they hadnt done) and refused to return me my money. Upon leaving I asked the people in the consultation department what were the emergency charges and they were completely clueless, and when I asked them they could have informed me that emergency consultation are more expensive they said they have no clue about anything related to the billing. What kind of a joke is this Ruby Hall Clinic? Making off money out of exploiting patients. Shame on the name of healthcare. Absolute garbage. I would give this a 0 star if it was possible.

Very Rude & misbehaving person/technician at HRTC scan department, today ( 05/05/2021) I call at hospital & they are tell 24 X 7 service,you can come now. I went there & after paperwork Wait near about 15 min, As the machine ( HRTC machine ) Operator/ Technician came He start shouting & Very rudely talking with me & my mother.In this pandemic, I appreciate the medical department work & I can understand the load on them, but that kind of people dont have even manners that how to talk with Patient. I have visited Ruby Hall Clinic, Wanowarie for 2nd dose of Covishield on April 26,2021.The ambience at the place of vaccination, which appears to be hospitals Reception area was clean, hygienic and good.The members of staff entrusted with the vaccination were good, courteous and polite.There was no crowd in the vaccination hall and social distancing and wearing of mask was being followed.The members of staff of hospital entrusted with vaccination work were professional in their work.

Hopeless service. I have done my covid test on Friday and I was to get report in 24/36 hrs as I’m due to fly. No news as yet ... it’s monday afternoon. When I call they don’t answer properly or transfer to a no where the phone keeps ringing. They have charged almost 30% extra than other clinics and this is the outcome. Very sad. First dose of Covaxin was easily available and was administered although there was a slight delay ... It was done in an organised manner ... The hospital authorities can manage things upto a certain extent and we do acknowledge there are few things which are out of their control... So overall good ..

Beware .Pls do not go with the name .Very bad service.The basic covid test RT-PCR repotrs are shared incomplete.They do not share the Ct value at all ,and when asked for,they just transfer in the call where there is no one to answer.Looking at the symptoms on 9april my Dr. told me that the patient is positive pls get the Rt-PCR done for further investigation. He did recommend me another diagnostic center. But i opted for RUBY HALL (#*& @//)They are just there to loot public in this pandamic.Better opt for anyother place then Ruby hall .

Nobody takes call to the only telephone number. They are not following online vaccination appointment causing harrassment and possible exposure to covid infection from the resultant crowd.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. Doctors are never on time of appointment. Always patients have to wait 1 hour for doctor then another 1 hour for other patients. They charge OPD again even for showing reports to Dr the next day.I have visited ruby hall clinic 5-6 times and everytime i had same flustrating experience.I will never recommend anyone to this place.But people only go there because of lack of other big hospitals around NIBM and wanowrie.

Went for RT-PCR test today at 9 am. Told rudely by staff at billing centre that its not being done today. No notice put up and absolutely no courtesy while informing patients. Probably taking their name and position for granted. Not done for a professional Healthcare group.

There are lots of issues with this hospital. Their is lack of coordination and communication between senior doctors. No one knows what other is doing and why. One lady resident doctor in ICU is very rude and insensitive to patients and relatives. Her treatment to patient was inhumane and painful to old and helpless patient. Such doctors should not be allowed to treat helpless patients in ICU. They are always looking to make money by suggesting unnecessary procedures for the patient. I am very disappointed with this hospital and would never recommend it to anyone else. I would have love to give them negative rating but this is not there hence I gave them one.

Shameful!Im a doctor myself in armed forces medical college(AFMC) and feel ashamed of such hospitals and staff who are just doing money-eating business.I got my son to the hospital with fever and they aaked me to admit him and only after admission they will start injections. I had no other choice. They forced me to take an xray chest before admission although it was not required at all. They said its their protocol during covid, i cant understand how you can completely rule out covid or diagnose covid based on chest xray.After following all the procedures, they made me wait for anaother 1 hour to allot the room and my child kept crying as it was 3am.After i reached my room, they purchased a separate thermometer and sanitiser bottle on my name although i had my own infrared thermometer and sanitiser bottle. I asked them to take it back for they dint respond and still added to my bill.The blood they collected for some unnecessary costly tests was not collected properly and got wasted for which they asked me to again give the blood.The test that they did was completely not required for my child. And was very costly.During my stay the sisters were very laY and uncooperative. I had to lress the bell multiple times to call them.I stayed for just 12 hours and requested for discharge.To complete their discharge procedure they took complete 3 hours and it was mind disturbing procedure. I had to run between ward and billing section multiple times carrying my son along. They said it will take only 10 minutes and it took whole 2 hours.I asked them to deduct the amount for the thermometer and sanitiser from the bill for which they again they made me run between ward and billing section.And after a lot of struggle, they told me that its not possible to return the thermometer.During the whole procedure the nurses were completely non-compliance and not bothered about the issue. They just kept blaming the night staff for it.It was a pathetic experience overall.

V poor service. Staff isnt even trained to communicate properly, v rude. Had called several times to get MRI appointment. No one answers the call. Then finally when answered at 8.45 am they say will call back in 1 hour to fix time !! No call till 2 hrs. Called again at 10.45 say come at 1 pm. after reaching hosital lady says you need to wait 1 hour. After 30 min of waiting she says very uncaringly it cant happen now it will be 4 pm ! Horrible. Will never come again nor recommend anyone to go there.

I had visited this hospital last year(5-3-2019) for complete body checkup for my mother.Thay said everything is fine. There is no need to worry. She was having a problem in uterus some times ago. So I thought to do a complete scan but the doctor said her uterus is normal and looks fine. But in october-2020, she was again suffering from pain in her stomach and near uterus area. After another round of scan in different hospital, she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Doctor who diagnosed cancer said that ruby Hall doctors missed this one. If they have diagnosed her properly last year they we would have treated her in stage 1 only.Do not ever visit this hospital. They will just make money, nothing else

Everything about the hospital and its doctors are good too. The only think I dislike is why do u give an appointment for 1 hours prior to the doctors time of arrival. If the doctor comes at 12 pm everyday then why do u start giving appointments from 11 am. We dont have time to waste in the hospital specially during the Covid pandemic.

Worst place to take your ailing loved one too. Staff including doctors have no compassion. We had taken our elderly mother there in hopes of getting her treated for a major heart attack and lost her. Life and death is in the hands of the almighty however if nothing else then at least kindness is expected from medical professionals. Our mother was was cold and gasping for air post her angiography. She had been thirsty for cant how long as we were understandably allowed in the ICU and in the brief moment when I was allowed inside she begged for water. My first two requests to the on duty Dr were unheeded. Upon the third request the ICU Dr said, if you dont leave right now, we will intubate her, its not a big deal for us, we see that every day, you just think about what can happen. Too worried, afraid and broken because of my mothers condition I had to leave. I wish I had reported this Dr then (July 2020) but I was too fragile to take that course of action. My mother was eventually intubated n we lost her on the third day. Im sure we arent the only family who have faced this kind of ruthless, and rude behaviour from the staff at Ruby Hall. I will never forget that ICU drs words and I wish from the bottom of my heart that someday someone reports him and he is made to answer for threatening a patients family member.

If your willing to spend money put your patients in government hospitals and pay them extra, my grandmother was admitted there for brown cytus, and passed away, while taking the money everything is an emergency but the patient was treated like dirt, she was 80yrs old she was not cleaned by the night duty, when she was shifted to the regular ward from icu she was shouting with pain for 20+ hours and when informed no doctors came and staff said we are reporting to the doctor, she was literally burned by the rubbing while cleaning, but her hand was blue and black and night doctor Ms.Deepali was speaking on the phone and not even taking care when told my my mother her hand is blue she said i know my work, when shifted to ventelator they were just trying to pull out money, by telling us we need to do dialisis for her kidney, she never had a kidney problem when admitted but got it when she was there along with, UTI, for what they didnot clean and caused problems we had to pay the price, there were many other problems we faced this review is too small to explain it

Pathetic seevice. The hospital has Empanelled themselves to treat the ex defense servicemen and their families. However, its just for the namesake. This is my second experience with them and it is the same. Nothing has changed here. Even though their OPDs are completely empty, they would not enroll the defense patients giving various excuses. If you do not wish to treat these patients, why empanel yourself with the government?

Best Hospital around Kondhwa area.Billing and Insurance support team is excellent in terms of proactive coordination with TPA and yourself.Administration staff is equally great in terms of Management.Important aspects @ Docs on board, most of them are very well known and best in their respective field.Treatment is a bit expensive but is worth for assurance that you get.

I was getting Chemotherapy sessions every 15 days in this hospital for almost 6 months under Dr. Minish Jain who was very friendly and helpful throughout the treatment. It doesnt feel like a hospital as they maintain the cleanliness and the interior also makes you feel like you are in a five star hotel and the view from room is also serene whereas other hospitals make you sicker by their staffs bad behavior and unhygienic conditions however radiology department and some other departments in Ruby are way costlier than other hospitals otherwise i would have given 5 stars.

Registration charge, doctor fee, bed fee, injection fee, visit fee, nurse charges, nurse head charges, syringe charges, ICU charges, late check out charges( due to doctors advice to stay longer even though you are fit) , even bandage charges, simple charges keep getting added.All the above they just keep on adding. If Im taking a room, automatically the room charge should include the bed charge also right. Because the bed is inside the room. In ruby hall, bed charge is separate and room charge is separate. Nonsense.

Worst hospital. Kept me waiting for 2 hours just to meet the doctor. My health got worse after coming to the hospital. Such a big hospital but just 1 doctor available.I recommend everyone to not choose ruby hall clinic for any medical treatment.The worst hospitality ever.So disappointing and unprofessional.

Visited last month for my wifes delivery post which it was handled by Dr. Nilesh Unecha. He behaved more like a Sales Person rather than a Doctor. Falsely claimed that he visited twice a day and charged 1900/- per visit and without any complications he kept my son in NICU for 9 days. Its advisable if he has become a Dr.then he shud focus more on his practice rather than generating more revenue for the hospital.

Horrible hospital, my wife met with an accident on 30th June in causality she was tested covid positive. The moment report came in we were treated like untouchables. They denied surgery. We were forcibly discharged. The covid report came in a day. With covid tag all hospitals denied treatments though she dnt have any symptoms. We did the covid test from a private lab the report came negative after 2 days. We struggled to get the treatment with the covid tag. Is very shameful.The joke was no one even bother to drop my wife till gate on wheel chair in rubyhall. I had to get her out on wheelchair myself. Finally I got her surgery done yesterday from a different hospital. Biggest question is How can the covid test come negative in just 2 days.

No humanity left here. It looks like a great facility but they will take you for a royal ride. I was in ICU and there was no one to help me. Inspite of knowing I have CKD I want put on dialysis. They just kept me on observation. Dr Ignatius did nothing. And my own urologist bhoopath Bhatti wah AWOL if you want to be dead you should go here.

My father was admitted to this faculty on the 1 july. The doctors knowing he had high cretinin didn’t put him on dialisys in spite of him being a senior citizen they just kept him under observation. Dr bhupat was treating him for an ecoli infection and administered an injection that didn’t agree with him. He kept telling the doctor he is feeling hazy and unwell to no avail. The staff were rude and doctor Avinash ignitions gave us a discharge summary without all the valid tests. I have applied for private testing and will not stop here ! The administration department Mr Justin called me after eight days to apologize for all their wrong doing to which my only reply was sorry never brought a dead man back. Iam the only child of my father and he has taught me to be very strong and fight for what is right. Ruby hall is not a place where you want to waste your time and money the staff treat you like a slaughter goat without any value for life. Iam very unhappy with the way they treated my fathers case and I will file a malpractice and negligence case.

Good hospital close to home

It is not hospital it is business hub to collect money from people

Probably the first hospital Ive been to in India where you are greeted with a SMILE. Never seen that before. The Doctors are supposed to be good. They have a famous cardiologist et all. Staff and services are excellent. The parking is not much of a problem. Underground parking is available for both cars and bikes.

My humble request dont go this hospital. They will play with your life. Recently, I checked my blood sample here and received wrong results and doctor suggested they need to recheck the blood sample. Shame to these doctors...

I went for my annual health check up. It was well organized and had a consultation with the physician after my results were out.

Pathetic management. I am in this hospital for last 2 hours and still waiting for my turn. People are just jumping turns and when raised concern against wrong doing, I am being asked to keep quite and dont make noise where as i didnt....terrible support.

Excellent service and staff. Clean and efficient. The staff are extremely polite and the hospital offers cutting-edge treatments. I opted for the well-woman checkup and was very happy with the service.

Very poor service.no one point person responsible for the meals, bedpan, cleanliness of the room in ICU !!

Worst experience. Employee not friendly. Bahot jyada time waiting karvate hai.

Dirty washroom, no bill charge intermission, no sweeping and wiping

Very expensive services. Dirty environment. Washrooms are so dirty and stinking. Even hospital wards are full of unhygienic spots. Nursing staff is inexperienced and irresponsible. I don’t recommend this hospital at all.Doctors are good though.

Hospital architecture and furnishing is good. Its fantastic in design. But the room rent and fee is expensive. Better do not get admitted for small fever and diseases. Because they take double the time to diagnose the disease as compared with hospital in Kerala. And of course there is less talented doctors who could find diseases only with the help of plethora of lab test. In which half of the lab test will be useless.Though the hospitality is good.

I was there for my wife delivery & after tat my baby had jaundice so NICU care was also given to the baby. I must say its the best hospital in the locality. There are some miss understood rumors on the cost & care, but let me be clear-you will get the best services in an optimum expense. Its not pricy at all, discuss your budget with the management & they will certainly help you to an extent.Thanks RHW for all the care taken, my special thanks to Mr.Ranjit, Subodh, Dr.Farah, Dr.Sujata who were always there for the help.
