Poor quality & not professional massage

I give O9 spa zero star for their pathetic hospitality. Starting from entry to exit. Very unprofessional and untrained masseuse. Dirty, unhygienic common washroom which is not attached to massage room. 60 mins massage and they say in first 20 mins its done. In the name of massage they just rub oil. No technique at all. No steam though in the beginning they said steam is available.Even if you try to give them feedback , they start arguing with you.Don’t waste your money and time.

Worst spa . Common shower . Untrained indian masseuse. Dont even know massage technics, Dont waste your money. They use worst kind oil for massage. Not atAll recommended.

Horribly unprofessional staff. Staff is does not know how to behave and are not coordinated with each other and provides different information on call and denies it later.Inexperienced at giving massages.Dreadful experience and waste of money.

Best spa in pimple saudagar.... spa is new but staff is good experienced
