I am one of regular customer of Faasos , I like their service but the food is little bit expensive. But food packing and quality of food is always upto the mark. Customer Satisfaction is their first priority.I tried almost every dishes they have in their menu.

Wrap is really Super and Chicken is tasty.Lunch Box is Full of Happiness packed with Chicken, Rice and Gravy Awesome Taste.To end on a happy note Chocolate Fantasy.I will definitely suggest to Go and Try hereKeep Eating Stay Fit.

First of all I would like to Thank Aditi Mishra for including us in the home delivery review program.We ordered –:1)-Fiery panner tikka wrap2)-Cheesy corn salsa wrap3)-Rajma riceFassos also sent us a complimentary lava cake , Nice Gesture .Frankly speaking about the delivery , I would give it a 5 Star as we were stuck in some work and opened the parcels an hour after it got delivered… It was still warm and fresh which actually speaks for their Good Packaging.Coming on the Food ,1) Fiery Paneer tikka wrap (5/5)The paneer roll was actually more cheesier and tastier than the corn one. It was more soft than the corn cheese one too , maybe I guess because it was made in Aata and the Corn one was made in Maida. I really LOVED this roll and would recommend it.😍😍2) Cheese corn roll (3/5) -:Even though its name is cheese corn roll it lacked cheese. It didnt match my expectations. The + about this roll was that It wasnt spicy so its favourable for those who dont like spicy food.🧡3) Rajma Rice (5/5)-:Well a perfect meal. I would frankly say I didnt expect it to be so good. The Rajma was soft rice was pretty tasty and quantity was pretty decent. Loved it ❤️4)Lava cake (5/5)Unlike many other places the lava cake was really soft o eat and mouth watering. We’ve seen that many places have a really hard covering to the lava cake. Frankly it wasn’t found here , and that’s a ‘+ point.😍😍I loved the home Service provided to us. This is a Food Tasting Review. Faasos is famous for their Rolls and Rice Bowls. But they have Al-carte options as well, so you can order all you can eat. I have ordered Jumbo Chicken Wrap and Mexican Potato Salsa Wrap. I liked the chicken one very much as I love to chicken and the Veg Wrap is also beyond the expectation. Perfectly fried Roll wheat cover and the perfect blend of spices for the stuffing. I liked it very much. I have been ordering their dishes from so many stores of Faasos because of their quality, taste, and quantity. One roll is sufficient for one person.

I always order non veg food from Faasos. Wraps and Biryani’s are worth it. They give really quick service whether it’s a home delivery or over there. Also variety of choices from snacks to meals!

Eariler their service was poor like their food. But things started to chnaged after funded by Russian Internet focused organisation ru-net.Now their service is superb. Foods are delicious. Polite and well trained guys made this online food joint extremely good. Though its getting costly now but still its a great option to try.

Delivery service is usually fast for them but making customer wait for 43 minutes is not right thing to do.Delivery guy will force to mark food delivered on App even when you havent received it yourself.Need to slash the overpriced items into budgeted group of items.

Ambience- Ordered onlinePocket friendly- Reasonable for the quality served.Food- Chicken tikka rice feast is generous in quantity when it comes to rice but the curry and chicken quantity is way less and does not blend with entire rice.Chicken kheema pav slider is simply delicious but way too small.Muesli again is good in taste with right amount of sweetness but again the quantity is small.Service- Quick and prompt.Ratings- 3.5 as the quantity needs to be revisited.

I ordered thrice and every time they have jumbled my order.Once they accepted order, then after few minutes said item not available and suggested me alternative. I said no and asked for other option they agreed for it. I was happy. When I opened my order it was their suggested item and not our agreed one. Pathetic one.On another time I ordered 2 same menu items. They delivered only one at my place and marked as delivered. On making note of it they really dont care.Talking about food they really have good taste and keeps tempting.

The service is quick.The rolls are awesome.I liked their Mexican salsa and jumbo veg wraps.They are enough for one.The taste is perfect.

Utterly irresponsible chain ..Placed an order from Swiggy 3 times in last 3 months at this restaurant and each time-after they accepted the order (implying they can deliver), I waited for 30 -45 minutes and then restaurant says-item not available,what else can we send?,At that point-customer has no choice but to take something else as another restaurant order will take time.I wonder-is this a planned Trick used by restaurant -once money is in-customer can’t go away and sell something else!!!It took me 3 times to realise-it May not be genuine mistake but a sort of planned trick ..

Extremely poor delivery service. A 45 minutes order will easily take you over 2 hours to get. And every time there is some silly excuse of a breakdown or any such thing. They do not even inform you that there is going to be a delay. Do not order form this place if you expect timely delivery.

Every time you order food it gets delivered late and the executives do not even have a proper idea of where their delivery boys are. When you order late night and you are hungry and expecting the delivery in 45 mins as it shows in the app and they claim it to be, prepare to get disappointed as the order might nor get delivered to you even in 2 hours time. Very disappointed with this service !!

Its a kitchen, where food is prepared which is ordered by the guest by its official site or application. Basically its a faasos kitchen you can order food by directly going in it or you can order by its app or site. You can also order food by swiggy and zomato.Very formal behavior of staff. Serve testy food with veg and non veg choices. You can choose from wide range of food.

Today i ordered food from this restaurant through swiggy. Normally it takes 30-40 mins to get delivery . After 20 mins I got call from swiggy executive that restaurant does not have the item. Here, as soon as they receive the order, the restaurant should call if they dont have the item. I was offered another item instead which i oked still after 50 minutes there was no delivery so I called swiggy and they told to wait for another 5 minutes and finally it was delivered in all it took around 70 minutes to deliver. Shows utter irresponsibleness of the restaurant.

Waiting for 2 hours and no food delivered mistake i ordered faasos.

Faasos has progressed a lot since their partition from eatsome and theyre far better than their rival in terms of quality and variety. I usually order from the app. They usually have cashback offers.1)Cheese melt chicken/paneer- Their best roll according to me. Plenty of delicious cheese and chicken.2)Egg roll- They used to have a 20/- egg roll which was filling and affordable to anyone. Theyve made it 40-50 bucks with a few additions now which is still cheap but it was nice to have an option of a quick cheap snack.3)Its not just Rolls. Parathas, rice, noodles,omelettes etc and they even deliver tea!Theyve started a new elite customer system which I was a part of where they offered faster deliveries, new product launches and pay later option.

I am extremely disappointed with your food service and customer care services. I have faced embarrassment and in addition to the damage caused.I downloaded the Faasos App order the parathas combo which I order on a regular basis.The order arrives an hour later. The food is cold and absolutely not how I expected it to be, theres no filling and no taste. Such an embarrassment with guests around.I do not know how you can repair the damage but I shall never order or recommend fasoos ever.After calling the customer support several times and they telling me that I would be receiving a call in the next 5 minutes,which I never received. I had to take the pain to get intouch via mail in the middle of the night . This is a harassment for anyone who is hungry, cant order from anywhere as everything is shut and the restaurant ordered from plainly ignores you .I am very disappointed.I have attached the bill and uneaten food delivery by you (Faasos).
