There was hair in shabudana wada and shabudana khichadi was undercooked…no taste at all ..wada was oily. Very unhygienic…would not recommend you to order food from here

Very bad service. Ordered through swiggy, the food was tasteless, cold, and veggies/paneer seemed stale. We could not eat it and had to throw it away. Disgusting service and food. I would not recommend this place. It is a total waste of money. Some of the items we ordered were not even available so the restaurant replaced it with a cheaper amount iteam. I suffered a loss of money in this replacement plus the food was altogether tasteless.

Its a #NegativeReview today for @AadhiJevan .... I have previously given positive reviews for the same because we loved their food as well as service...But what happened today was not right and they should be held accountable for that...We ordered 6 boxes of food yesterday ( 8th September ) to be delivered for lunch today ( 9th )We especially requested them to deliver as early as possible because we have 3 kids at home and an elderly person who eats only once a day and by 1.30 pm .They gave us a timeline of 1-1.30 pm for delivery , which we agreed to .Now comes the day...We kept waiting beyond 1.30 but no signs of any food... We contacted them over the phone at 1.45 asking them to provide the delivery guys phone number so that we could contact him. They said he was near my house and would deliver in 10 mins or so.Again , We waited till 2.15 and called up coz there was no delivery ..they said the same thing again.. but did give us the delivery guys number.When we called the delivery guy ...he just told us that he doesnt have any orders for us and hung up the phone.We again tried contacting Aadhi Jevan ..but no one was picking up the phone now... Kept trying for at least 20 minutes , but no one responded.It was 2.35 pm..and still no food... We decided to go to a different restaurant and pick up our food.Around 2.40 , we got a call from Aadhi Jevan asking if we wanted them to arrange a delivery now.... For LUNCH that was supposed to be delivered latest by 1.30. And their delivery would take a minimum of 40 minutes.They stated that the delivery guy they sent was not good... Thats the reason given ...we were constantly following up with them for food , but not once did they mention that they havent sent out our food AT ALL...I understand that human errors do happen sometimes..but this is not the way you handle a situation when you have made a big mistake.We had to make do with lunch from the closest open place we could find near our home...and we had LUNCH at 3.15 pm today...All thanks to Aadhi Jevan.

Excellent food, delivered in a great box. Special care taken for packing dal and other liquid vegetables. The vegetables are different in afternoon and night and have good variety. Never did I experience less or more salt. Its perfect every time.A word of caution : Make sure to order in time.

Quality of sabji dal chawal is better than average. But chapatis are too bad.Another thing is delivery boys are a big liers i found. In my case they straightway said that the food left at watchman. However they dint. They also says that ur box is on the way. But it take more than hours to reach. It happend many times with me. I received lunch around 2-2.30 many times though i i orded around 10-10.30. Do not deliver the food on time.Overall service is poor. Delivery issues!!

Very disappointed!Ordered a Thali and got one veg gravy which was aloo tamatar and the other was a dry veggie made of moong dal. Both the veggies were completely flavorless. No spices could be felt in the mouth at all. However, the size of the rotis was good enough and they wire thin and soft too but both veggies made it all zero. The sweet that they gave was a rava barfi made of oil, that gave a very bad smell. The mukhwas was the worst of all,salty and definitely not something that will be used as a mouth freshner.

Food packaging quality and taste is really good compare to other tiffin services. I have to mention that chapati quality is really good.But, delivery time is late. As usually you would expect it to be deliver by 12.30pm to 12.45pm(as most of the times corporate lunch times are 1pm, they provide it between 1pm to 1.15pm.
