In time of covid19 crisis wellness forever at mg road pune prefers to sell ice cream to a lady who took 15 mins to decide which flavour to eat.When requested the staff to ask her to take decision early, He was busy staring at the girl as she was wearing shorts.More over the Staff was also abusing the policemen on duty,sitting across the road. And in his anger was telling his other store staff that he will hit the police men today. In all this he denied to give us medicines and started abusing Us and when it was unbearable to see his rowdy behaviour even we happend to abuse him .This stores staff is completely ill mannered has no decency to talk to customers. They prefer to sell ice cream to rich coming in car in this lockdown over medicine to the needy.We needed BP medicines and energy drink as there was a emergency at home. But as it is well defined innocents are always bullied here.

Rude behavior..... Wont listen to medicine name.. And then after very long time they answer while they joke around with their own work colleagues.. Also during this difficult time they are acting pricey..they just a typical rude staff ever seen and most of the medicine last is not available...

Medicines like daily multivitamins including becozinc are always out of stock here,very bad ,not expected from such a big shop, of daily items r not available then who will ask for other medicinesAlso they never pick your call if u call them to ask if medicine available or not,their lines r always busy,very bad experience
