I am owner of Eterno Honda and had trouble locating parts. Found Ruby Sales maintaining inventory or they order against a part payment. In one of the instance when it took too long for them to procure and staff lost the follow up between me and my order, I stopped calls and decided to send mail. The mail thread was picked up by owner and there was some self updates and follow up by owner himself and eventually I received the part.
