No wonder why they have given 2.4 rating ,in future it will be around 1 .no words about 2 receptionist ,and still if u plan to go to this centre go alone bcz if a person is accompanying you they will suggest you to go and stand down ,additionally guards over there will tell you to stand outside society as it is rule which is running here.All the best

Behavior of receptionist working in diagnosis centre is very mannerless . Try to behave in good manners.

Very poor service waste of time and Money also..my waiting number was 4th but they took more than 1.30hrs.Very dispointed 🤒🤒🤕🤕

Terrible place. Receptionist is least bothered about time. Taking an appointment is also useless. Their attitude absolutely sucks. Just going by name I guess.

Worst service. Pls dont go.Staff dosent bother about the customers. It took 1 week to prepare a report & X ray, also kept us on hold to handover a report even after 1 week.

This is the worst place to be in, get humiliated by the staff and the doctor. Arrogant and rude behavior dont know how they are surviving for so long. There are a lot of good diagnostics centres across pune plz dont go here.

Mr. Patni you are not doing a favour on others by evaluating the reports, it’s your duty to do that. By far you are the worst radiologist I have come across, you made me feel as if your treating me for free and that horrible face you made when I asked you to evaluate my report, but thank you for your “precious time”.

Worst treatment of receptionist and false commitment , felt like the receptionist owned and was doing free test for all .. no manners at all , never ever recommend any one.

Worst experience appointment time the give and when you reach the take walk in patients so that you are fool to take appointment and make you sit for around 2 hours almost dont go here
