If its near to your required location, then only choose this... Otherwise you can rent flat at some distance. Property condition is in on 2 out of 10 , maintenance is on 5 on 10, room Quality 2 on 10 beds with bugs and insects lesser ventilation and roomieness, orientation and ventilation 4 on 10. Operator is hungry for money, supervisor is chump.If you have any allergies with water quality change dont prefer. Property runs on totally ground water source.

Its a great place to stay for boys, very near to balewadi High-street. Has all modern amenities. In short a comfortable living in budget.

Its a PG in Baner near cummins office. It has single rooms with 3 beds and 3 almirah to accommodate 3 people. Only one window in everyroom so u might have the space issue here.I went to check the rooms only but I didnt liked it.

Very untidy place.Mosquitos, spiders and many Insects....Stay away people, this place is very unhygienic.They say, we provide ultra modern amenities, but what they really provide is broken washing machines, no kitchen facility, and untidy stays.

Good to stay

This place do not deserves a single star though. Bed contains bugs, toilet smells. Even after complaining, they dont even look at it. In my stay of four months, I had to recharge tatasky as well and the worst part is that their care taker is useless. He just comes to take money and then disappears and then an owner who misbehaves with their customer. It was a totally bad experience for me. I would suggest you to have an apartment nearby which comes almost lesser than ornates room rent and you will get a better atmosphere as well. No jhik jhik at all.

Great place....Affordable PG, very clean and well maintained....Plus point is Munna Bhaiya, he is the pillar to the PG.

Worst PG ever, get a sharing apartment instead. The beds have cockroaches and bedbugs roaming on them. Not at all worth the price that they charge. Other than that non-cooperative and rude staff make it even worse to live.
