Good for watch lover. Price is bit high, for even normal watches. Variety of products are less. Staffs are very polite and showroom is well maintained.

Worst service by the people at the stores. I was there at stores as one of my fossil watch pin was loose. The repair person -Imran told me that pin will not replace you need to change the entire steel.I was ok with that but I specify told him that my watch colour is bronze gold, so arrange the same colour.They told almost 2 months and after that the colour was rose gold. Which was looking completely different.And the repair person Imran started shouting stated this is the same one. After speaking to one of the manger he assured it will be taken care n will arrange same bronze gold.Again after taking a month it was still rose gold. And top of the manager was telling me as you use the watch the colour get changes which was nonsense.Worst service n fake promises. Dont visit this stores, if your watch is really expenses.

There is nice collection of watches. price range is little bit high. But the place is very nice. staff is also good and friendly. but they are not able to solve problems with customers. i will give 3 stars to there service.

I am a very old customer of JIT before they bacame a brand and they expanded the business by opening multiple outlets. Now it is very bad. They dont give discounts. Casio says 20% discount on all watches and they say it is up to 20% and give you just 10% that too on limited products. Very bad. When enquired about it they said they have watched which has 20% too but hesitated to show it to me. Think before going there. You have many options other than JIT in pune.

Collection is superb. Customer service is pathetic they dont know how to talk and greet a customer. Especially the assistant manager Aslam Shaikh and the sales executive Laxmi Varale. Very upset with the store visit experience.

Please dont buy any watches from here this store is having all out of warranty watch stock their all watches are scrapped I have purchased a fossil watch for my friends and within a month water entered into the watch when I reached to service centre get repaired the watch the service centre guy told me he had done the water proofing but again water entering frequently the manager of this store he suggests me this fossil watch he told sir please buy this world class Americans watch this is water proof its very good when took this watch in his store to show the conditions of the arrogantly he he asked me kya apne issko pani me dubaya tha uper ja ke technician ko dikhao iski koi warranty nahi he then i told him what is the difference between the world class Americans fossil watch and the road sode watch which we can get in only 100 bucks he said nothing and got know I waisted my money.......People please dont buy any watches not only form this but also from any just in time shows ......dont waist your money bcoz its really takes hard work to earn the better you can go with any local brands

This place is amazing because first it is very clean place , good security, great brand of watches, and good service.

Its just okay. Service is also very costly as they charge higher as compared to other shops and cost of the batteries depends on brand of the watch (in spite of using same battery).
