They provide very good quality food. There service is very fast. The worst and the most pathetic service and food quantity... Its only surviving because of its location.. total waste of time and money... The service is so slow that the owner has himself put a poster not asli g for fast service.... They dont use cards and deal with only cash... The person on the reception is so rude that you dont even feel looking at him.

Unreasonably expensive. I had fresh kiwi with cream, which basically consisted of 1 piece kiwi, a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream. Not worth the ₹290 bucks I spend in any way, my friend had Sitaphal Shake, which was again, a bit too expensive for the taste. The shake was recently thick, but Ive had far better shakes at the same price. My recommendation for this? No. Not worth it.

I was a big fan of this place until my last visit here a couple of weeks ago.As we entered the whole outside section was empty and two tables inside were empty but not cleaned. We had to wait for 15 mins to get those table cleaned and be seated after our arrival.After placing the order it took 15 mins for the pav bhaji to arrive and 25 mins for the rice to arrive.Staff was not concerned about customers and were moving at their own paceTawa pulao was good in taste, wasnt oily, right spicy.But the taste of pav bhaji has been gone down. It missed the kick it had a couple of years ago.

Juice world situated in M G Road and they offer variety of fresh fruit juices like alphanso, kiwi ,lichi such a different and unusual menu. They also offer snacks like pav bhaji. Their sesonal fruits menu is great. I had alphanso with cream and it tastes so good. There is usually wait here, their service is slow so you have to bear it if you want to have a taste of fresh juice and the menu is little costly!!

Poor preparation very unprofessional dirty wash room dirty kitchen cockroaches hair complementary with food I feel staff are not happy rude behavior with customer. They serve muli and aloo paratha without butter, no chutney and not baked properly, salt and masala not mixed properly half of paratha no salt other half too salty

Pathetic experience!!!Food is not bad but certainly not value for money. Juices and milkshakes ( for which the place is known for) are of average quality. Though they do serve fresh fruit stuff but overall hygiene is poor. And the saddest part about this place is improper staff and management.They are just good for not giving you a happy feeling about this place.I feel you certainly can skip visiting this place.

Had gone here one off evening with a friend. Ordered just one pav bhaji as we werent too hungry. The service was really bad. The pav bhaji was ready still they took good 15 mins to deliver to our table. Plus the worse thing was that the whole place was full and we got a table right next to the cooking area. The whole time we had to bear the hot air coming from there. It was such a turn off. Even when we were done eating, I asked for the bill and he took another 10-12 minutes just to get the bill. It was such a noisy place and not well maintained at all. The owner was yelling at the staff in front of everyone. It would just spoil anyones mood who has come with their dear ones to spend sometime. The only good thing about the place was the pav bhaji. The taste was really nice. Other than that there is nothing to come back to this place.

I ordered an mousambi juice, juice taste really decent even an stall guy serves better than this, Quality very poor, too expensive, they just charging more only because of its location.

Poor / rude customer service :No doubt that the food is good here but over a period of time the staff and owners of this place have started taking customers for granted and no longer you will feel welcomed or at home. As soon as your plates are finished then better get up and get out of the place as they don’t entertain anyone occupying seats without eating . The bill be in your face as soon as you are done . What’s disturbing is that they are not even open to feedback :-) I know they will continue to do business as the food is good but today was my last visit to this place and it’s a full stop.

Everything was average except Sitafal with Cream which was very bad in taste.Camp has many options which are far better than this place. The best place to have juice and also pav bhaji which is an Indian food.The food and the juice are lovely.I can go there for more than 3 times in a day and still enjoy it.Try it if you are in pune and you want to try new dish.The taste is very good, and foreigners would live it as it is little spicy and veg.

Used to visit the place long ago while studying there. It felt like god answered the prayers of hungry north Indian kids missing home food. Aalu paranthas and banana shake was to die for. Then tried on other items too later in following years. Paav bhaji is gud. So is mango shake, seetaphal, mango, strawberry with cream. Its a must visit place if in Pune.Bt yes they need to keep their heads in place and move with time as only accepting cash is not gud. Bt memories are very tasty!!!

This has been one of our favourite adda when we crave veg... My latest visit was disappointing and with this its certainly off my list of go to restaurants, we ordered 3 things Pav bhaji - was very average, a chaupati would be better if compared. Onion paratha, okish again, was dry and the quantity of butter also was as equal to none.. Had to ask for extra butter. Lastly sarso saag and makki ki roti, wasnt even edible. We mentioned our dissatisfaction to the owner to which he replied that the chef has changed... The quality of food was way below average.. Its sad to see this one go down in quality.

Food is very delicious, main attraction is seasonal fruits in combination of ice-cream and jelly. Shakes and parathas are also worth giving a try. They do not accept cards and sometimes there is very long queue to get the seat.. if these things gets shorted this place is awesome.

There was a time this place was always crowded. They had the best pav bhaji, juices and seasonal fruit ice-cream. However the place is now gone down because they do not treat customers with respect. All is good, juices, parathas, Sarai ka sag with makke ki roti, Pizza and all.They charge good, and earn good, they should spend for service. The knifes here have gone blunt and if you want to use them, u need your muscles, still your fingers will become red and pain for the night. Hopefully they change their worn out crockery and cutlery.I will like to come again.

And above that when we complained twice or thrice, the casual attitude of the staff was very bad. Even the customers entering after us were served!!! Good seating arrangement and located in prime area - camp, MG road. Service is slow in peak timings - common point. Only negative point is they accept only cash. No other mode of payment available.
