I hope I could give them minus rating .even after taking measurements they cant do proper alterations we have to visit 5-6 times even after that we have to compromise on the alteration.cheap fabric as per the procs.the owners who ever they are wre worse tah the dresses I am sure they arent any designers please prefer Instagram designers like lekhareddy,ikayabymounika etC there dresses are far better than anchaal more professional and reasonable pricing

Excellent collection and service! Found better than what I hoped for after searching quite a lot of stores. If the collection is 5 star, the service is 7 star. Very hospitable staff and even more flexible service when it comes to catering to the clients needs. They offered to make a lehenga into a gown and made a matching baby gown in a matter of 3 days to go with a mommy daughter theme! Must visit!

Very good customer service n gd collection

The collection was good and we were happy with Imrans service. Deserves a 4 star but the only reason for 3 stars is because of the customer service while receiving the product after alteration. Imran was not in the store and we did not like the way the person (Ravi I guess is the name of the staff, person with spectacles) was talking with us. He must be educated on how to handle customers.

I am sara khan I stay in vijayawada few days back I have visited to jubilee hills branch .actually I was looking for 20k range dress but manager and 1 sales person had attended me but when I selected that dress I asked for discount he said he can give 20% but finally when I was leaving that store immediately that manager came to me n said ok man I will give you flat 40% discount but I cant give u in voice .so couldnt make decision I thought for sure he is doing some fraud .so I request to CEO designer to investigate it otherwise you will loose bussiness. Thank you
