Superb store..superb service and knowledge by Mr Sameer ...A one stop shop for all your biking essentials. Got myself a 27.5 hybrid bike, though it took time, but it was worth the wait. Added a lot of personal touches to my bike. I would definitely recommend The Cycle Cafe.... keep up the good work.

The place is good for on the spot repairs and you have attention of the staff unlike pedal drive... I happened to replace my tyre and I got it done within 20 mins at cost effective rates...

After seeing some good reviews of this shop, my wife ended up sending my kids for some simple cycle repairs to this shop. One ladies and one gents cycle was taken to this shop on 02-Jan-2021.One of the problems was that the gents cycle was losing air frequently from the front tyre. (Unfortunately, I personally had no time and therefore wife had sent my kids to get the work done for their respective bicycles and we both were not expecting this shop to cheat innocent children).Instead of doing anything regarding that actual problem, this shop ended up changing the rear tyre (while that one wasnt losing air and wasnt in general having any issues) ostensibly because it was end of its life. This solved no problems at all.After 2-3 days when I kept hearing from my kid that again his bicycle was having a problem and was losing air from the front wheel, I suspected that something was wrong. Only then I found out this whole thing - for a simple ₹ 3 - ₹ 5 worth issue, we were robbed of at least ₹ 200+ for irrelevant part changes and that small actual issue was not even touched by the shop.Today I went personally along with the kid and smashed them left and right about cheating my kids like this. Initially they tried to shrug us off by saying this cycle wasnt repaired at their shop.After I threw a fit of rage at them, they relented and agreed to check the front tube. Then after a 5 minutes of inspection, it was clear that the problem simply was Valve Tube Failure. This had nothing to do with any other component of the bicycle!!For this silly thing worth ₹ 2 or may be ₹ 5 max , my kids ended up wasting ₹ 200+. I of course felt bad about losing money but I felt much worse because of the attitude of shop keeper towards cheating people who lack knowledge of given subject.So going forward, dont go and rely on any statements from these guys if you do need to buy or get something serviced from this particular shop. Do your homework and have basic awareness.Of course, if you dont care about ₹200 or even ₹ 2000 - then you are in a different league altogether - but I still suggest that irrespective of whether you are a rich or middle class or poor person - you certainly would feel hurt if you later find out that you have been fooled! So avoid that!Lessons Learnt:1) Shop keepers / service providers these days dont have basic professional ethics and are willing to cheat innocent and gullible kids.2) Parents need to teach basics to their respective kids so that they dont get cheated like this. E.g. Kids now must understand - what a tyre and tube means, what it means when we say that there is a fault in some equipment - similarly basic electrical and other stuff should be taught at home by parents to the school-going kids.3) IF parents themselves dont know, then first they should also learn - there are plenty of YouTube and other videos available for almost everything under the Sun.
