Yummy stuff! The egg sandwich was good, fresh and huge. I did want some sort of sauce on it. The ham sandwich was also good with the best soft croissant like bread. Coffee was also good but expensive for what it was. I would eat/drink here again

I normally would give fox in the snow 5 stars always! But unfortunately today really disappointed me . I ordered their hot chocolate with oat milk ( they normally have THE BEST) hot chocolate in Columbus but that was not the case today . I took one sip of my drink after leaving and quickly realized there was little to no chocolate in my hot chocolate , it tasted just like steamed oat milk. On top of that when I opened my lid you could see the drink was a milky white no chocolate color or flavor . What made it even worse is I couldn’t drive all the way back to new Albany as I’m working on a Monday and that was a fast break to get a drink. Really disappointed I just wanted the best hot coco on this cold rainy day and I can’t even drive back to get it remade correctly . Also they don’t have any customer service phone number just an email and message column on the website so I truly hope a manager or supervisor sees this review or my contact request and refunds me my drink .

Was in the area. I usually hit up the one in German village. Which is easier to find as it is on the corner spot. The new Albany one took me a couple of minutes as the only signage for this place is a piece of fox clip art minus the name of the place. New Albany is so blah architecturally, it all blends together. Once you do find the place, its a great breakfast spot. Im hooked on the pastries & the egg sandwich.

The place seems very disorganized with no direction from the staff whatsoever and no signage from the time you go in until the time you get your food and coffee. The customer service line is right next to where you sit while eating and drinking coffee the entire time. Not a relaxing vibe at all especially for a coffee shop. Customer service was below average with no hello or any type of engagement during our order. Food was good. Wont be back though unless there are some meaningful changes.

Wow. We wanted to find something good and local for breaky as we drove through the area. A quick search and this gem popped up, so we decided to stop. We highly recommend. All items were absolutely amazing. Prices ranged from $3-$6 for a pastry, but they are NOT modest sized (you definitely get your value). The staff (and even locals) were incredibly friendly and helpful).COVID alert: you CAN order directly at the shop or via online. We queued for about 10 minutes out front before we were welcomed in; online orders are handled via the side door. Outdoor seating was available, although limited number of seating.

I really enjoyed this little coffee shop tucked away amid a slew of other little shops in this New Albany shopping center. The staff was very engaging and friendly. The menu had what I expected for a coffee shop and the chai tea latte ($4) was delicious! Very clean eating and very clean bathrooms. There are entrances off the main road as well as a side entrance from their rear parking area, it was a little difficult to find with Google maps, as Im not very familiar with this area.

Delicious pastries! Tried the Strawberry Croissant and the Ham and Swiss. Flaky and really fresh. Toppings were the perfect ratio to the pastry. Really excellent espresso drinks. My only complaint is that they didnt have and flavored syrups, but considering how delicious my mocha was thats really all they need. It would be neat to see some seasonal artisan syrup flavors, but again, the espresso itself is so good that it would be superfluous.

1.The staff was rude. 2.There is no buiseness phone number listed.3.As many area restaurants reopen after the pandemic, Fox in the snow is still the outlier with only takeout option. So disappointing. Coffee shops have a certain atmosphere people are looking for, and without the dine-in option its completely pointless to support this business.

This coffee shop is an amazing gem in Columbus. Quality coffee is what makes this a cut above the rest. The bakery has excellent selections that change. Tasty sandwiches that pairs well and an organized staff that is polite and wonderful. Their is a lot to say about the staff, atmosphere and food but it would sum to mean quality. Pricing is on point and their isn’t a long wait for anything. Worth trying and I recommend whole heartedly.

Had to have lunch and my wife recommended Fox in the Snow. She has been raving about it and she was right! Did not expect to so strongly recommend a coffee and sandwich shop but this place is worth it. Egg and bacon sandwich sounds simple but the flavors, and freshness, make this a must-try. Mocha recommended as well. My wife had the coffee cake and said it was delicious as well. We will be back and often.

I will never argue that Fox has the best pastries in town and that their in-store aesthetic is highly sought after. But in many ways it feels as though they have allowed their demand to shift the focus more towards what is convenient for them and less about ease for the customers. I rarely come here because of the child-sized iced coffees and lack of clarity towards available pastries when you simply want to walk in and order something. It just all falls flat for me and I would rather go somewhere that I don’t have to exert as much mental energy to get a morning coffee.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE, you will never get it and they have no way of contacting them without going into the store. I purchased a gift card for a friend and the friend never received it in the mail, and no tracking information was provided. Fox in the Snow has no way of getting in contact with them besides an email account they do not check or respond back from, I have tried multiple times and never gotten a reply. I live out of state so I cannot just go into the store to have them help... so I guess I am just out $50. One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

To whom it may concern, I would like to relay my experience at the New Albany location on Mother’s Day. This was my first experience at that location. And I do understand that it is a very busy day.I did not however have a very positive experience.I placed my preorder for the day and was given my pickup time. When I arrived, I entered through the wrong door, mistaking the line of people who were there for regular orders. The door was not marked on the outside. But an employee quickly chastised me and instructed me to walk back around the building in the rain to arrive 15 feet from where I already was. I went to the correct door, where I was told online orders were behind by another customer waiting. I ended up waiting thirty minutes. No employees were communicating how long we would be waiting. Another customer had to flag down an employee who told us that our pre order time wasn’t being brought out. She then told us we were waiting for a single item to finish up (blueberry galette), so we continued to wait another 15 Minutes or so for that item. Then an employee came out w my order, handed it to me, said they were out of galettes and I was refunded, no apology or inquiry if I’d like to replace it with another item, and they walked off. Bummer. Just a bummer of an experience with the customer service there. Happy Mother’s Day to me.

The food here is good, they also made coffee right. However, I personally don’t like the room settings, especially the two HUGE tables crossing the room. Everybody have to sit around it, with strangers. No privacy, no quietness. Say you have another company with you, if you sit face to face, then the table is too big to have a regular private conversation. If sit side by side, then it’s hard not having eye contacts with other guests, no way. You see their drink, their food, their face, their dirty lipsticks, etc. Hate it!
