Star service provider is pathetic. Wifi is always down...very often for more than 24 hours. Every time you have to call the office to check as they DONTHAVE POWER BACK UP they need to manually log you in again every single time.They will keep on sending invoices even if youve paid the bill. The customer care representative will shout at you if you ask them why the wifi is down or why they keep sending invoices. Very poor management system. Safe yourself from trouble and DONT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!

Tejas helped me in installing my internet connection. The experience was very good. And the cost is also affordable. Support the local people in your city. Instead of going for the big companies.

The laziest service provider in the vicinity. They dont even care if your connection is working or not. Theyll only work as they want, the staff is not very responsive. 1 star because I am having very bad experience with these guys.

I needed a broadband connection urgently, and they were the only people willing to do it! They literally set it up the next day!Post sale services have been good too so far. The first few days had a few issues that needed to be sorted, but they got fixed.Prices are reasonable.

Offers variety of channels at reasonable rate.Good customer service team led by Raj and Mangesh. Small improvement in picture quality and disturbances.

Respected sir/maam,If youre legitimately looking for a good customer review here it is,Im a year old user of their services, and making valuable suggestions in the hope of them being able to work it out, but due to the non cooperative staff and services they mention, its disgusting and it will infuriate you easily. If you want to complain for a valid speed wrt your plan, or be it a connection problem, the response time will take you long enough to think over taking an other service provider. If the rain comes in, its 1 day recovery and if its power cut its around 30 hrs recovery time. The only thing I think theyre good at is installation. I hope this review is not misunderstood. And I would really appreciate if your branch at Viman nagar could work hard. Thank you for your time.

Star Network has a fast response, quality service and well trained staff. Generally my complaints were attended to by Mr. Saleem, who is expert in his job, well behaved, attentive and ensures your satisfaction to any of your complaint.

I am using this service from last 3-4 months and so far I am happy with the service. I had switched to star because they promised me zero downtime. So far I have not faced any issues with their service. Also I can make payment online and track history of payment on their portal. So it is very convenient to recharge my account.

The services are good, Saleem is really very helpful and he sought issues in no time when asked.

Prompt service by your Technician Mr. Salim restored the internet access without loss of time.

Salim is always helping technically whenever we have problematic issues with wifi or tv channels. He comes immediately whenever I raise complaint. I will give him 10/10.

Cable service and broadband service is just Ok, . The only ugly part here is that they dont have any customer care in works.if your Internet goes down after 6pm. Forget that it will be up before morning 10am.And the service is also slow.In terms of Customer support, they might be a disgrace to the support community ! Shameless staff which says they have 25 hour support available but after office hours they switch of the helpline numbers and on mobile they wont answer !Horrible serviceHave attached screenshot of their 20mpbs plan.

Excellent service for cable if any issues, the same gets resolved within an hour or less.And they even give a call back to check if the cable issues has been resolved

You will be pulling your hair out of frustration since either you will never have the promised speed, or you will not have internet at all most of the time. Its difficult to believe how badly someone can service customers. Infact, the manager says theyve never gotten a complaint and is delusional and doesnt believe in Google 😄 a case study on how to fail a business.
