Very hopeless & arrogant employees and highly third class service. I would suggest to all of you readers that never approach sharp cable service to instead of buy any other service providers. I got very worst experience with them.
Very disappointed...Please trust me dont even think to buy this cables...I have being convened by service provider to get better service in next month but no change is noticed....Staff, service, quality, transparency there is nothing to say is good or not even ok....very bad service as well as behaviour of staff....
Very very very very very poor service - both cable and internet services are very bad. The service downtime is very high. The internet becomes very slow frequently. If your fiber cuts it take around 3-4 days for them to splice it.

Not even want to give this one 🌟....Dont even think to buy this cable& broadband...very very very bad service and behaviour of staff...not good service first they forced to get new set-upbox then refused to say anything thing about problem...saying this service not available on our company...
Worst Service I have ever seen in Broadband/Internet sector. Every alternate day it gets disconnected. In my 1.5 months I lodged around 20 complaints. This is the internet with speciality whenever you need it badly I must be down.. Very frustrating Experience..!!!!
Didnt even want to give one star. If there is more then worst. this is it.They just eat away your money providing you with nothing.First of all they made us change the set up box saying that it is compulsory.After that the set up doesnt work properly. Sometimes it operates automatically. Every single time we put the tv on. Its just irritating to struggle with the setup box. Half of the channels gets stuck up. Only they charge the payment on time.Even worst is the customer care. They dont even respond to calls After 10/15 attempts one call they will receive and not understanding anything they say that it will be fixed within half n hour. And again after even 4/5 hours the same situation. keep on calling these stupid guys.Too much irritated by it. Please if you want some peace in life dont take their services. Its terribly horrible.

Pathetic and Disgusting service of Sharp cable. No responsibility for customer. Customer is alive or dead no one is bothered. Every month there is an issue of service but no one is able to resolve. Whenever you call Madam pickup the call and reply it will take half n hr , Technician are working . The issue is resolved after 2-3 hrs. No customer value is there . Only they want money . They will speak nice with you untill there account is credited. I will recommend friend if you staying in Pimpri chinchwad dont go for Sharp cable service.
Do not instal this cable. Worst service. They dont pick up the phone as well. You will see no service on your TV twice a day. If you call them and by chance they pick up the phone, they will say our technician will arrive in half hour. And trust me today is third day of No Service and still nobody has arrived.You wont be able to see what program is streaming currently and which programs are going to stream later.Unfortunately i cannot give less than 1 star so i had to write all this.I have no personal hatred towards them but seriously this is the worst cable and not worth your hard earned money.Their receptionist is the dumbest person who without understanding anything says your problem will be fixed and nobody cares from their office. Stupid cable.
First of all Im giving one star bcoz less than is not available for review.The service is so pathetic that i cant tell you.The service provider doesnt care what constumer wants, they are just busy in making money.Okay i will share one incident.It was 28th Feb at around 1pm the cable cyrrecu was lost and as soon as it lost,i called service provider and lodged the compaiint, he said it will be back in 30 mins but till time around 4pm it was not resumed the service.During this 3 hours i called twice and i didnt receive any satisfying answer.The lady on the phone kept saying wire cut hogayi he.Just thats it.I asked then what? Then she cut the call.My entire day went waste and have made up my mind to install any other dish company in place of local cable which sucks every now and then.

One of the worst service providers I have ever seen. The channels have been closed for 4 days. If you call the office, the technician will come. The technician has not come yet. They pick up after making 3 to 4 calls. And cut immediately. Everyone is requested not to take cable connection from them
