Worst service ever, they have mentioned in the website that they have 24*7 customer service but from night to till 10 in the morning they dont even pick the call. Not satisfied with the service

For the last 3 years i am using this, its good service and quick response from staff any kind of connecivity issues.

There is no internet connection detected in our wifi now also. I had paid for yearly plan. there is no service provided to me from may to October i.e for 6 months.The mobile number Of om Sainet service provider which i have is offwhenever i call him. Please try to fix this problem immediately.From last six month i didnt get any service from service provider can you please extend this 6 months from now on

Worst ISP. Customer care service is hateful. Charges are 3 times the market rate and internet speed is less than one-third of what is expected. My mobile hotspot provides better speed and connectivity than there 50mbps plan.

Worst service provider ever. Highly priced with no support. Customer support is non-existent. When asked to speak with a senior guy they inform that they are busy on a call. The seniors never answer their phones. Daily downtime at least twice or thrice in a day. They ask to wait for an hour or 2 hours as issue is from backend. Or they just ask to restart wifi router saying router gets hung. Have to literally inform them that I am a Telecom engineer and cannot be fooled like others. Avoid at all costs.

Initially I Gave 5* after 1 month of using their Service but Unfortunately need to Change my Review. Since Last 15 Day to a Month thier internet has not been working properly. I Paid for 6 Months Plan but Daily Hoping in some improvement but disappointed. I have Chosen 10 mbps Plan but forgot about 10 mbps, I am not Even getting 5 mbps...Disgusting...Please Dont Ever think to Choose Sai Internet ( Gazon) . Always Go with reputed companies onlyto avoid frustrating later.

The prices are too high, internet connectivity is not consistent and breaks intermittently. The number provided by them is either not reachable or no one will answer your call. Very bad service overall.

Worst internet service in Pune. Never go for Sai net solutions as your service provider. It is better to have no internet rather than go for this provider.

Really struggling with this service provider, no documentation provided even to log a complaint , no customer service no. . They just installed and went home. Poor connection, its just started raining and there is no internet since last 6 hours . No customer service no. , no one to handle issues 24x7 . A service provider company should be operational to address issues round the clock. I really request anyone reading this if they can provide a good ISPs no. in hadapsar area near Amanora Park Town

Very poor speed. Plans are pretty expensive. I have been living in Pune long enough to know this. As a technical person I would definitely not recommend this ISP. Just to give you an idea how bad the bandwidth is, go with them if you want to relive the good old dial-up days.

Internet is down for 2-3 days in every month and there is no extension in validity as a compensation. Also the customer service is worst. They either switch off their phones or dont answer when we call to ask why is the internet down. I wont recommend this service provider to anyone.
