Today I purchased hp FR2006TU hp laptop.I didnt check CPU up time for laptop over there in shop.CPU up time shows 4 days.I have doubt that shop provide me demo laptop at new laptop price.Laptop camera also not working properly.

The place is good for your laptop repairs or any other thing related to laptop, you can just go and tell the problem and they will definitely help you and solve your problem. Just take care when you buy laptops from here. Check it twice before leaving the shop. Also check the accessories they have provided, are all accessories with you before leaving the place, because they forget to give some accessories and later they say we have gaved all the accessories, you should check from your side, sorry we cant do anything.

We visited this shop to buy a laptop. I am not sure about all the salesmen working there . But the one we interacted was very rude. He was not even answering the questions properly. He was very ignorant. And when we raised this concern to him, instead of accepting his fault, he started arguing with us. Very poor and humiliating experience.

Fraud shop. Giving used monitors to the customers as new. Be careful if you are shopping here. Asked payment policies before doing payments because if you cancel your product and ask to return money they will tell you bunch of policy rules and will not return money. Not good place to shop.

Brought the Dell inspiron 15 3000 from this store. The service provided by store was very pathetic, while purchasing laptop they projected this is one of the best in this range (product hardware was very good) but when I started facing issues, I visited them and informed about issue at that time they told this issue in every model of this series. So, when I asked service engineer that why they given wrong information in starting but he preffered to play pubg rather then helping me out. They have best sales person in the town and worst service engineer. Guys please do not expect after sale support. Also given written feedback to management but they didnt even responded to that.

Very bad services. I went there with my laptop keyboard not working, the service guy refused to diagnose it and said that the keyboard needs to be replaced which will cost ₹ 1800. So I went to another shop nearby and after diagnosis they said that there is just a bit of moisture in the keyboard and I got it repaired for ₹ 200 only.In another similar incident, when I wanted to replace broken back of my laptop, the guy was charging me ₹ 3600. But a nearby shop charged me only ₹ 2200 (for original spare part).All they want is to collect hefty amount from customers.

Although there are several places to buy Laptops/Desktops or any other Computer accessory located by the same road, this shop offers a slightly better purchasing and customer experience.. Staff is good, advises good regarding the purchase.. I visited the shop second time for Laptop purchase, earlier for myself, and later for a friend.. Service provided is good.. However, being in an area with several other competitors, it is slightly difficult to compare service quality, unless you purchase computers or computer parts quite often, that too by visiting such shops and preferring them over online shopping..

I went in notebook hub for my laptop repairing (issue related liscense) the person who was attending me ..was playing pubg !! Thats so unprofessional.! I was talking to him about my laptop and he was not listening properly ...It took almost an 45 min to get my work done.!!His other colleagues were also supporting him and they were talking about how to gain K/d in pubg ..we have to land on bootcamp so that our K|/d will increase...though they resolved my issue...but It took so much time.!!!

I wish i could give negative stars. I had the worst buying experience. Sales executives were attentive till you pay the amount, once you give the money they treat you like a beggar came for money. I was asked to wait for 10 mins for the laptop and after 45 mins i was told to come the next day. Worse after sales. A sales person was rude when my relative was there to pick up the laptop. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

Purchased Lenovo laptop here. I have been in search for browsing laptop for home usage. Initially Dell was my priority but ended up buying Lenovo. Wide range of laptops available. The service staff is cordial and interested in explaining product details and comparison. This specific thing was missing in all stores i visited earlier. Good service coupled with good offer, ultimately thats what is needed right :-).
