Do not procure their service. They cater to you at their whims n fancies. Mobile phone provided will be either switched off, out of coverage or on waiting. Responses are main line is cut will be restored in 30 mins, my service is not restored so far its already 6 days. Rude and arrogant staff, like they are doing favor to you.

Extremely bad service. They do not care about customers. Google please give them 0 stars. Anyone has plan to go with this cable then please change it. Its not worth to pay them and see the message on your TV - Please contact cable operator.

Today is the 6th day I am trying to get a new connection from them.... called them so many times and every time the operator is new who said I don’t know your requirement.Frustrated with the service ....they behaved like they don’t want new customers .....I wasted my time and phone call charges to get this pathetic service .....

Bad Service...There is no cable from last two days..and when I call them..they just telling we are sending someone to resolve issue...I am wasting my money with this cable network...My strong recommendation go with any dish TV.
