Sales point of view is good but delivery is horrible. I booked refrigerator on 12th October 2021 and asked for delivery on 15th October 2021.Croma customer care was committed to deliver on 15th but failed at last.Now I came to see what exactly is the issue. None of the person is aware of our delivery. Unless we keep following up them.In short, Croma is not committed to their deliveries.Better purchase online.

Very bad customer satisfaction. I went at finolexchowk croma for iphone 13 pro max enquire to apple salesman Akash was over smart, acting as he is after Tim Cook who knows everything blindly. Not attending customers just chit chatting with staff members. Their attitude was like jisko lena he wo lega, nahi to jayega, apna to kuch nahi jata they said cellphone is not available you have to order it so i asked how long it will take his answer was we cant tell, may be couple of months on which basis customer would book.Then I went to chinchwad croma store where the apple salesman was so kind and helpful, also there was 13 pro not available but he said and assured me that with in 7 days youll recieve your phoneHowever, croma is well known store brand owned by great, kind indian Mr. #RatanTata. The man who donates 60% to charity and hell do till last breath for indiaI had faith on it, that i surely get best quality products also pocket friendly to common man as wellPeoples like this croma store salesman of rude manners towards customer will bring down the Organization.

This is my 3rd visit and buying experience.. Generally it is good experience buying any electronic stuff from Chroma Pimpri but this time it was not nice experience I visited store and place an order for Wet Grinder but it was not available so they said you can place order and well oder it from other store and get the appliance delivered to you within 7 working days... Because it was available in other store... I agreed because Id previously good experience with chroma though I was tempted to oder on Amazon being prime customer and delivery was in two days but I went head with oder on chroma yesterday and today in the morning I received call from chroma executives saying youve to visit the store again to cancle the order with bills because ordered grinder was out of stock. Now why on the 1st place you placed order if stock was unavailable. But I thought its okay can happen sometimes. When I visited chroma store then refunded And gave receipt but said your refund will be credited in 21 days if not then call customer care. Why 21 days? You are holding my refund amount in digital age? Even Amazon and flipkart refund the amount in max 1or 2 days.. Why do you take so much time? That is the reason why you are or will loose customers. Keep two stars 🌟 🌟 only for previous good experience where the actual appliance was available.

I took livepure purifier from Croma at that time they sold me extended warranty. In extended warranty period I complain to croma store, they send person at our home, he didnt change filter.As soon as warranty finish in few day it start blinking again .Now when I complain to croma they told me he is not croma person and third party person they cannot do anything. Its cheating with me. I complain about it but no one talking about that.they are just saying its out of warrantySo please check before purchase extended warrantyI have mail to support mail ..

Worst experience with Croma ever!Staff inefficiency, mismanagement lack of communication across the entire staff. Product was delivered 3 weeks late post committed time. That too, after too many follow ups and visit to the store.Buy products that are available for immediate delivery on payment. Or forget on time delivery after payment. Money in customer out ! Such a shame !Regret messages are nothing but a formality. Be genuinely regretful, dont just apologize for sake of doing it. Ive not yet received my purchase invoice yet.

In May 1st week I purchased Voltas Air cooler from Croma shop Pimpri. When I first visited there they gave me a brief about the product and all positive aspects of the same and I made up my mind to buy the cooler after hearing to all its good sides. After the cooler was delivered at my house I found that one of the part was broken and I had to request for exchange. The product was replaced in a day time. After I received a new cooler second time the installation guy took ages to come at my residence. following up with customer care they were unaware of anything about this product or in fact I could say no coordination between customer care and Croma shop. I thought at least the replaced product will be checked and will work as desired but that day itself after getting it started in few minutes it started making a loud noise as if it be get blasted. At the end after 15 days of argument they took the product back and got my money refunded.Worst place to buy electronics and Also most horrible customer care to talk to. No respect they laugh on you if you ask them question, they are uneducated about their products.A big ‘NO’ in case anyone going there to buy any electronics… waste of money and time

I purchased something on the online Croma Store which I had to pick up in person at the store. As soon as I walked in I was greeterd very politely and assisted by the cheerful staff there.

I had gone to buy some small gadgets like amazon echo, wireless buds etc. Overall ambience is good and people in their respective area are adequately trained. However, they were low on stock on all items I had to buy. Staff did not have clarity on GST bill. Billing staff did not have internet connection to check gst details which is ironic!! and it took almost double the time for billing compared to selecting the gadgets.
