Pathetic service.They will just cut the lines whenever they feel without prior notice and will never pick up your calls to adress any sort of issues. They just aim at collecting money n providing no service. Worst experience. please do not go for it.

I dont know about cable connection but there internet is very good, i am using 90mbs connection and it working fine . very less downtime as compare to halthway and you broadband.

Do not buy gtpl cable connection at all. Half the times it is seen as signal not found. And when we call them the do not pick phone. Pls do not buy this cable connection at all

Since we are working from home as we are in covid the internet distributor should take it seriously as I have already lost so much of work and time. Very very bad service.totally disappointed??..if I had to chance to give 0 start will give it. Since not having 0 I’m giving 1.

Due to locked down m struggling a lot for connectivity,I have found Aditya broadbands no n they give me a connection within 24 hours.Best service.Thanks for quick help..

Extremely poor service. They will cut the service whenever they want. Its been a week since I have taken the subscription and I am calling them daily, literally daily and they just dont care to fix the problem. Dont even think of Aditya broadband. Go for Hathway instead my friend has it and itworks like a charm. Very disappointed.

Worst cable service and the staff was not really good they have no sense, how to talk with the costumer, specially receptionist . Worst service plz guys not buy this cable service

Extremely poor serviceThe 5mbps internet package gives maximum 2 Mbps internet speed max. When asked to fix it, they just blocked the internet speed checking sites. Their technicians are the worst in the world.

Their plans are terrible. Their staff doesnt seem to care about customers at all. We went to the office and they just gave us a flyer. We got ion instead which had much better plans. Honestly I think this place is just a front for money laundering or something 😂. They dont seem to be in the competition with their pricing and they dont care about interested parties. Not recommended.
