Worst builder. I took flat in Runal royal casa in 2013. Every year in summer we have water shortages. The builder didnt make any provision for bore water storage, the entire society depends on pcmc water supply. Just to save some cost the builder has put 277 flat residents’ life in sheer miserable state. I did a great mistake by taking flat in Runal Royal Casa. In summer we get only 3-4 hrs of water. If we had bore water storage then we could manage water shortage with the help of water tankers.
